I am so glad I did because Micaela absolutely killed it with my brows! I have thin brows who were a victim to the early 2000's and have never fully recovered. I've been trying my best to grow them out but they still looked terrible. Micaela worked her magic with the wax and eyebrow tint and I was seriously blown away. I can't believe these are my eyebrows! I sat on the waiting couch while the employee remained on her phone and didn't greet or acknowledge me. After a few minutes of silence, she simply said, "If you want your eyebrows done, sit in that chair." As a new customer, I had no way of knowing that was the process. In my experience, most brow studios at least greet you and let you know when they're ready. The interaction felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. I remained polite throughout the appointment and thanked her afterward, but she didn't respond or acknowledge me. Unfortunately, the eyebrow service itself also felt rushed, and I wasn't happy with the results. Overall, the customer service and quality of the work were disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I scheduled two hair spa appts for my friend and myself. When looking online they had a bunch of…read moreoptions for upgrades, so we did 90min which included shoulder/neck massage, facial, and hair spa. The best way to describe the experience is a nail salon trying to be a spa. The massage screamed nail salon massage- kinda hurts, kinda all over the place, no technique or real skill. There were weird transitions between the tools used as well. One minute a head scratcher was used, then the facial started, more hair, then facial, then massage... plus the transitions from hot to cold was weird. Steam in the face, then a cod face mask and roller, with a warm eye mask. So weird. The hairspa part was rough. No circular massage or scratching, it was just hair washing and really hard scraping with nails on the scalp. This lasted an hour. Then, I sat awkwardly in front of a mirror while she brushed my tangled half wet hair and blew a blow drier thru it. I have naturally curly hair, so she ran her fingers thru my hair as she blew the hot hair so it made my hair really poofy and wavy. I told her she could stop, so I could manage at home, and she continued. Finally she stopped. At the end, they gave us some tea and she watched as I tried it. Made me question what was in it lol I also paid for an upgrade for scalp analysis, which involved them pulling the camera and looking at my scalp after it was done and she said "see? All clean." Great analysis. The atmosphere was cute. I'm sure they do such a great job with their other services, but if they want to advertise hairspa, they should lean more into the spa piece of it and learn about different types of hair.
