The cashier on the receipt today that helped me and my boyfriend this afternoon was Patricia. She went really fast when she was threading my eyebrows and it felt like she took a chunk off. Lo and behold, after she was finished, the right tail end of my eyebrow looks like there's a bald spot now! My boyfriend and I are upset because we just felt like she rushed our service and it wasn't even like they were busy when we came in, but we did feel like she made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we came in around 430 PM in the afternoon on a Sunday. I had a bad experience today and I think it was the final straw. I sadly won't be coming back and will need to find a different eyebrow place. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.
