Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. Pali did an AMAZING job on my eye brows. I went in and didn't know if I wanted a cleanup or shape and she took care of me.
