Let me start off by saying my eyebrows were the worst ever! They were the prime example of over trimming with an "eyebrow razor" and honestly the worst. Not to mention how uneven they were and in some areas hair just stopped growing! I hadn't gone to get my eyebrows done because I thought that no one can fix this mess I had made until I googled eyebrow threading near me and found this place. I was honestly thinking HOW MUCH WORSE CAN IT GET. So I walked in and was greeted kindly with a smile by Leena I told her my issue and she did not hesitate to assure me she would help me. After she was done I was AMAZED at how good they looked,she gave me a gorgeous shape cleaned them out and told me to go back in two weeks so she can keep working on them. Amazed at the reviews here! Got my eyebrows done here when on vacation because i hadn't had time to do it before I left my hometown. It was by far the most painful threading I've ever experienced in the 12 years I've been getting it done! It felt like she was plucking instead of threading. I felt every single individual hair she pulled. The pain isn't what warranted me to leave the review though. There were random patches of hair taken out of odd places, I don't normally have to fill my brows in but now I do. Additionally, I can usually go 4-6 weeks EASILY without growth after getting threaded but this time I was looking overdue after 10 days! No clue what they did but it was NOT normal. I went to get my eyebrows redone by my normal lady who was puzzled too because my eyebrows looked so bad. Maybe it was just one bad aesthetician, but I would never ever go back here!! Very kind people but at the end of the day I came here for a service that wasn't done properly at all. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded about 6 years ago and haven't done it since because it hurt. I was tired of paying $30 at Ulta every month to get my brows waxed so I decided to give threading a try again. I got mine done here and never plan on waxing again! They do a great job and are cheap! They take the time to measure your brows out and makes sure they are even. read more

I usually get my eyebrows done somewhere else but it doesn't open on Sunday so I had to resort to this place. It's a nice place that looks clean. There was one person ahead of me so the wait wasn't all that long. I told her I just wanted a clean up and that I wanted my eyebrows to remain full. She took a really long time on my left eyebrow to the point where my arm got tired. Thankfully the thread snapped which gave me a chance to rest a bit. After she was done, she gave me a small mirror to see if I liked it. I did not. She took off more than necessary and left my right eyebrow patchy. For the record, my right eyebrow has always been more sparse than the left and I had that problem all the time when I used to pluck them myself. Once I started getting them threaded with the other lady, you couldn't even tell one was more sparse than the other. Anyways, I told her they looked uneven and that she left a significantly noticeable patch to which she repeatedly responded with "the hairs there are a bit short but once they grow in it'll look good." Ummmm... excuse me? I went to get my eyebrows done so they'd look good now, not days later. I'm truly disappointed and I will never go back. I noticed that with the lady before me, she took the time to explain to her what she was going to do and how it would look if she did it how the customer wanted but with me, I told her what I wanted and she never took the time to really look at my eyebrows. I understand that mine are different from each other but I feel as if she had taken the time to look at them and figure out what she was going to do, it would have turned out better. Most of all, her response was made me the angriest. I paid to get my eyebrows to look good at that moment. Overall a horrible experience and I regret going there. Update: they did message me back offering free threading next time but I didn't want to risk my eyebrows getting messed up again. If anyone is looking for a place I suggest blinks threading lounge in university Ave. Look it up! AMAZING place. read more
