About a week later, my phone started acting funny (like it was possessed)... and then went black. I took it back in, thinking maybe something had been altered/accidentally knocked loose when my back screen was repaired, but was told that NO, it was a different issue. He replaced the front screen b/c my LCD had gone out and it was an electrical problem...and I was told that it was a very high quality replacement, and that my phone should be as good as new! ($300 ish this time). Two days later, before I had gotten around to getting another screen protector, my front screen cracked when I GENTLY TOSSED it into my gym back. No big drop, no hit with a hard object! In over 25 years of having a cell phone, I have NEVER CRACKED a screen! And before just dropping $450 on fixing it, I had never before been gentle on a phone. I have dropped, thrown, etc my phone and they are tough! So, I grit my teeth and have been living with a slightly cracked screen, which should not have cracked with what I did to it! Since the repair(s) my phone was also laggy, calls on WIFI were dropped, and internet worked about 60% of the time. Something was definitely wrong. THEN, this morning... out of nowhere, my phone dies again. Screen went black, and it still vibrates, so it is charged... but nothing happens. There is just no way that this is all coincidence. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I will be checking into taking legal action at this point. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched.
