I am beyond happy with my service. Customer service was great. I have tried several different salons and none compared to this one. They are up to date on the latest trends and will make sure you're happy with the finished product.

I normally love coming to this spa, but do not come here if you don't have all day to wait around. This is about the third time my appointment has been over an hour+ behind. I arrived at 3:30 for my appointment and waited an hour and half to get seen before being told he still had another 1+ before he could see me because he had just started someone else's set. I gave them my number and drove home to wait another 1.5 hours for someone to call before I finally called to find out they were closed now and he had already left. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, this is beyond ridiculous.

We can do almost anything as seen on the internet, just have a picture of it. We also have a wide variety of nail polish and we have the exact match in regular and gel polish. Come to a friendly and clean atmosphere.

I went in for a mani and pedi. The lady took forever to do my pedicure and the polish looked horrible. The gentleman came over and shaped my nails and when I got done with my pedicure I went over and he started to polish my nails. The gel looks horrible. I was charged $65 and he did not soak my hands or clean up my cuticles. read more

Can I say WOW. I have been hoping from nail salons that yes the service is great but when it comes to a design I must say other places lack compare to this place. I had a appointment at 5pm I used up at 12pm just to see if they would be able to fit me in. To my surprise they welcomed me in with opened arms even though every chair was full. Before you ask nope they did not rush me along or do a poor job. I walked in with a Pinterest image not expected for it to be remotely a reality by the time I walked out. I am beyond impressed. I have Raved about other places before due to their techs. This nail spa not only do the owners take there time to show their techs the proper techniques but they make sure your happy every step of the way. Please play this place a visit if your looking for design expertise and mind blowing experience. read more

When I first walked in the environment seemed nice and as well did the people. But little did I know that not only did they get the nail color completely wrong it was also the worst I have ever received. I'm very disappointed especially when paying 45 dollars for Dip. after the nails were done the people working then proceeded to continually letting me know that they looked amazing when they actually are lumpy, uneven and were all stuck to my skin which was CLEARLY obvious. I had to go home and further fix them as best as I could but they still look like trash. read more

they were very kind, but the service was done very quickly as if they didn't care about the end result. i had to go home and file my own nails where gel was stuck to my skin. they need to slow down and be considerate of the service their customers pay a lot of money for. read more

I walked in and got seated and started immediately! I didn't even realize how bad of a job my previous nail place had done until the guy i had fixed my nails. I think this is the best nail place in the area and i've never been to a better one. They spent about an hour fixing what the other nail place did and giving me a fill in. Although it took a little bit longer for a fill in than usual, it was definitely worth it. I'm so happy i found a good nail place to go to and it only costed me $35. I definitely recommend going here! read more

Lucy is amazing! I came in for a fill in and wanted to match my previous color, she did an excellent job at matching the colors. You couldn't even tell the difference.
