This was hands down the best experience I've had with car repair, since I've been in the driver's seat. I had only changed my oil on my trusty and much loved Toyota Highlander for over 100k miles. I knew there would be some fixing to do, but had no idea of the surprise I was in for. There was a laundry list of repairs, some of them pretty sizable. Yelp hides those great reviews if you don't invest in advertising with them, which is shameful on yelp's part. Had a great experience here with my RAM truck and my Lexus CT200h. Wish I could give above 5 stars for this place, they have kept it real with me ever since I started going to them. My first instance was when we replaced my husbands brakes on his car at Meinke, he said something felt off and I dug around for an auto shop and found this place. They fixed his brakes right away at such a nice price, meinke installed my husbands brakes wrong but now his car is good because of Matt and Kyle. With my car I was told at Toyota they "think" I have an oil leak and it would cost me $2100 to see if I have one. I got this gut feeling that I was being lied to so I made an appointment with Kyle first and he put some dye in my car to see if I had an oil leak. I drove for 500 miles, called again and made an appointment with Matt. Low and behold just like I thought, the guy at Toyota was trying to shister me. There was absolutely no leak anywhere after 500-1000ish miles. Matt didn't even charge me to take a look to see if there's an oil leak either!! How amazing is that?! I've never been to an auto shop where I've never been charged for labor?! Literally beyond fantastic customer service. Matt informed me to come back at 5000 miles just to triple check there's no leak for sure, but I told them from here on out I'm taking my car and my husbands car to them for anything we need. I'm a mechanical guy and can do all my own auto work, but time is an issue for me so I take my vehicles to a shop. These guys will NOT add services that are unnecessary, they are honest, do clean work, fast and efficient. The guys at I got a guy auto are friendly, and awesome to work with and will work around your schedule.
