This is exactly what it feels like here. A huge blue warehouse that is cold, unavailable and stinks so bad that All I wanna do is leave as soon as possible. Don't need to be a corporate shark to see a recipe for failure. As you walk around, there's just nothing really that stands out that I would buy. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. Update: I understand the policy explanation provided, but in this case there were no live insects or evidence of an actual issue. Refusing service based on what was described as "skeletal remains" felt like an overly rigid and unreasonable application of that policy. Policies are important, but so is practical judgment, and this experience lacked that balance. For context, finding something like a spider remnant in an older box spring is not unusual and does not indicate an infestation. Treating it as such and refusing service was not a reasonable interpretation of the situation. This policy, or at least how it is applied, needs to be reviewed.

Refined Carpets were punctual, always showed up, and always cleaned up, leaving the job site as clean as they got it. Since we had to move out of our 2nd floor and lived in our garage for a bit, they were very understanding and moved efficiently and gave us access when they could. We also used Refined for our baseboards, and they did an incredible job. Since the flooring was finished, we have additionally purchased rugs from them (up to three now) and were equally impressed with their continued customer service.
