It is clear how much they adore dogs, and returning them to an active life is their purpose. Beyond the therapy, each visit they looked any Benny for the progress of his recovery. At one point they reminded me that he really needs his two good walks a day. It made me realize that I needed to do better on his walks, and started the regimen. Beyond speeding his recovery, he has come to love his walk time. Benny is that aloof poodle where life is transactional. He was never sure that walks were cool, and he had to be convinced. Not anymore. He loves his walks. The first time around we used a different business, but you can just stop at Splash. TPLO surgery is enough of a difficult challenge. Splash made months 3 and 4, where he was off meds and wanting to do more, not just tolerable but successful. Benny is back. Freshly groomed, he is his old self. Thank you Splash.

We've been going to Kristen for over 5 years now and can honestly say she's single handedly chaged…read morethe lives of all three of our dogs: 1. Our senior girl swam with Kristen until the very end. It was the highlight of her week, and likely extended her life by at least a year. Her swimming improved her mobility, made her feel silly and goofy after, and helped us enjoy her until she was nearly 16! 2. Our young pup has elbow dysplasia, and at 1 year old our surgeon, Dr. Novo, recommended we see Kristen instead of surgery. She did great, avoided surgery and has no elbow issues. A year and a half ago she tore her cruciate ligament and subsequently had to have two TPLOs back to back. With a combination of underwater treadmill and Kristen's expertise, followed by a transition to swimming in the pool and she's got all the mobility of a young dog again! She's now 6 and in great health. 3. Our third dog strained his psoas and again underwater treadmill rehab was recommended. With Kristen's guidance he bounced back and now swims with his sister as often as he can in the pool. Both of our living dogs were seen by a new vet recently and she couldn't stop complimenting their body condition. She thought our 8 year old was 3 he has such great muscle tone Without Kristen I'm not sure where our dogs would be, but I'm thankful everyday we don't have to find out. I recommend hydrotherapy with Kristen to everyone for their pets, injured or not!

The first time I tried to use them, I contacted two boarders and they said they have too many dogs to help me. 100% rejection rate on my first time. Yesterday was my second tries, so I figured if I don't contact enough boarders, my chances are slim so I contacted 9 boarders this time. Guess what percentage already give me the rejection? 78% said they are not able to help. Why am I wasting my time with them? I might as well take my dog to a kennel and not wasting precious time.

It's misleading when they brand themselves as having a high regard for customer safety and satisfaction, and yet if there's an issue Rover states that each dog walker and sitter is an individual business and must be held responsible separately. We had our dog sitter steal our house keys and dis-activate her account and Rover's Support Team told us they cannot be held liable for her theft, but we'd have to pursue her privately via local law enforcement. This is an exceptionally odd and irresponsible response when Rover markets themselves as covering you if anything goes wrong. If in need of a dog sitter, definitely look elsewhere.

During the adoption process we found out that Susie was around 1 year old and found as a stray with her kittens. She was almost dead from lack of food, but was continuing to nurse her kittens regardless of her own health. Once her kittens and her were returned to full health she was spayed, but her body reacted badly procedure and once again she almost died. The shelter kept giving her continuos care and once again returned her to full health, and that is when we found her. I cannot thank this shelter enough for caring to help her through her tough young life and not giving up and euthanizing her. She is a great cat and I am so happy to have supported such a great shelter! Give this shelter a look if you're looking to adopt!
