I originally started seeing Gina last fall because I had pretty severe neck and shoulder pain and did not like the idea of having a chiropractor cracking my back/neck/etc. in order to fix it and thought that it couldn't hurt to give massage therapy a try. Because of Gina, I have zero regrets about that decision. I see her every two weeks and rarely have any severe pain in my back, neck, or shoulders now. As a bonus, I've had improvement to my posture overall (due to following her stretching and exercise recommendations). I now think of our visits as my regular back "tune-up" and "reset" for all of my more difficult to correct habits (e.g. Hunching behind a computer all day). And find that the regular visit schedule also help motivate and remind me to continue core exercises and maintain better posture throughout the day.
