Can't say this enough, but it was worth the wait. The workers were very knowledgeable about their teas. The drink itself was amazing! The tea house is along Kerr street, I would actually say the more busy part as there are a few well known restaurants in this area. The parking situation is in fact paid unless you make a visit after 6pm or on Sundays. So I made a visit on a weekday night around 5:30/6pm and they weren't crazy busy but had a decent flow of customers. I do like how visual the drinks are as there are a number of posters showing what each drinks look like. I opted for the recommended drinks which are marked on their menu. I got the lychee dragon fruit green tea as I was trying to avoid the dairy beverages. This choice was yummy and very refreshing! The hubs ordered the mango green tea and he also really liked it. There was a mishap with the ice level but the staff rectified it immediately - great customer service! Did I mention that I made another visit the very next day? I sure did, but tried something different, the Deluxe Purple Yam. I did like it but it was certainly too milky for me

It's on a cute little main street area on King St W. The inside has a similar aesthetic to the other locations with the deer theme, brick wall, etc. My favourite drink from The Alley is their Royal #9 and this location made it well! Sometimes, the occasional location doesn't make it with that strong distinct blueberry milk tea taste but my husband and I agreed that this one was on point! This location also looked like it had the full menu like other The Alley locations. Staff here were quick and efficient, which was great as we are used to waiting a while at other locations. The drink was ready in a matter of minutes since we happened to come when it wasn't busy. I would definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area again!

I actually missed it the first time, but cycled around to see the storefront. I parked along Bronte Road. It's paid parking Monday through Saturday before 6 pm. I found a parking machine, entered my license plate number, specified the time that I wanted, and got my ticket after having paid with my credit card. You don't need to display the ticket on your car's dashboard. I walked into the store. The nice woman there greeted me. I got a jasmine green tea with cheese foam with lychee jelly and a watermelon slush. Both were large sizes. I originally wanted coconut jelly, but the place had run out. The wall art is minimalistic, but cute. I liked that the bubble tea plushie had a mask on! You can get mask chain holders for kids. I stared at them for the longest time until the woman let me know what I was looking at! I paid with a debit card. I slid my card into the card slot and it said that my card had insufficient funds. What?! I then used tap and was good. I tipped, too. She prepared my drinks pretty fast. I thanked her and left with my bubble tea. I immediately had my jasmine green tea with cheese foam. You can specify your sugar and ice levels. I went with no sugar and less ice -- the usual for me. I loved the jasmine green tea. The tea was strong and had lots of flavour. The cheese foam was subtly salty at first, but delightful with the tea. The lychee jelly was perfect. It added sweetness to my drink. I haven't had my watermelon slush yet. It looks pretty. I saw it made with a super powerful blender. I can't wait to try it! This bubble tea place has been open since October 2021. Pretty bold to open shop during a pandemic! I had a great experience. It is by Bronte Harbour, so it would be great getting cold bubble tea on a hot day. Today, it's great to sip my tea as I drive home! (31)

It sounded like they said they didn't have coconut jelly but they did since I was able to get that in another drink. I went with the passion fruit orange tea instead. This came with coconut jelly and tapioca. Their sizes are only regular and large, there isn't a medium so I went with the bigger size. I wasn't asked about adjusting ice or sugar levels so those appear to be fixed. I thought the drink was good. I actually forgot that there was orange in there as well. It was just an overall fruity and tropical drink. The coconut jelly was good. I thought the tapioca wasn't the best I've ever had but it was still decent. The inside of the store is pretty empty (no chairs or tables) right now, I think because of covid. There is some decor and there are some knick knacks for sale in there, including mask holders that were Among Us themed and a variety of hair clips.

I was thinking of getting multiple drinks at this location but I didn't really love it and service wasn't too good to be honest. A little bit aloof and all over the place. The drink was okay but I didn't get through much of it. The milk tea has a little bit of a weird taste - I wanted to get a fruit tea but I was a little bit caught in two minds, so I might try one of those next time I'm in the area. The decor is really nice and definitely the best in town. There are lovely big bears on the floor and it's just a very well put together a little shop and super nice. I just wish the milk tea blew me away a little bit more so that I could give five stars. Still, I definitely enjoyed my visit here and it was excellent inventive Decor - but the service was nonchalant and lacking and not particularly interested and they were very quiet for the whole time so I was a little worried about their lack of business. Still - I'm happy that they were open when I was here, drinks and service definitely scores 4 stars. There's not a lot of great boba in St. Catharines so it's definitely a pretty decent standard. If it was in Toronto it might score less. One thing though. I thought Mr T worked for the A-Team. What do I know.

Didn't really know what to expect but the person in charge, Wayne, was amazing. The place didn't have a dine in or patio ( maybe because of Covid and all) but he was nice enough to make us fresh coffee to try. He happened to be roasting some beans and invited us to watch. What a treat!!!! It's amazing to find gems like this in the area. I usually drink medium roast but he made me try the dark roast and I ended up buying a bag of that too. I would definitely come back and recommend this place 100%.

By luck, I caught a coffee tasting when I dropped by while I was in the area. What you'll find here: front of shop that displays bags of fresh coffee beans that are roasted in small batches, aeropress, pour over, and other coffee accoutrement, plus the larger "warehouse" area where beans are being roasted/packaged. Perhaps Wayne will make you a coffee/espresso-based drink so you can sample their beans! What you won't find here: baked goods, muzak, laptops, stale beans, or dairy alternatives. Again, it's a coffee roastery that also preps bags for e-commerce. It's not a café. 250g bags are around $9, a bit more expensive for their Microlots - if&when they're available! This is loads cheaper than many other roasteries that I've been to where you're paying ~$20 for a bag and don't necessarily end up liking it. Recommended stop for any coffee lover if you're near the Bronte GO Station!
