Were always here and we love the taro smoothie. Tapioca (bobba) is soft and chewy and typical the only thing thats lacking on it is the sweetness of tapioca. Great bubble tea place. Clean place with super friendly service. We got jasmine green tea with cream and tapioca, almond cream tea with tapioca and a watermelon slushy with strawberry jellies for the little one. Not the best place to have boba in, very dirty interior and who knows whats behind the counter. Do not sit on the couches as they are dirty and smell bad. This place has gone downhill since that last time I visit. read more

I love this place! I come almost every other day lol they're very fast and friendly. I always get the hazelnut or vanilla coffee flavor blended it's so good and of course boba! This is my favorite boba place ever! The service is always quick and pleasant. It's a small space but it's cute and cozy, perfect for studying! There are board games you can enjoy with friends or family. I have visited a lot of times now. I love that they do some sort of point system where you enter your phone number and you can see how much you've spent and if you reach a certain amount, you can get a free boba. My go-to boba drink is always Taro Cream Tea and I Heart Boba's Taro is my all time favorite!!! Aside from cream teas, they also sell coffees, slushees, smoothies, fresh juices and sandwiches. Today we were searching for a boba place and we happened to stumble upon this lovely little place. The place has really nice decor and two big tvs on different walls. The people were very friendly and patient. I ordered a frozen matcha smoothie with boba and mango pudding. When me and my friends got them, they were all good and liked it very much since for 2 of them, it was the first time they've ever tried a place like this. Mine was a little plain, but the boba was very soft and chewy, and the mango pudding was good as well. The only problem I had with this place was the amount of time it took for them to make our drinks, but I would definitely go back. The drinks are also in a large size too! read more

PROS: - Lots of options for fillings (not just boba!) - Good variety of drinks in texture (iced, hot, smoothie, slush, etc) + creamy vs fruity CONS: - Almost ALWAYS out of Almond 8/10 times I've been here ;( - Staff isn't always attentive; double check your drinks/food before you leave! My favorites are the Almond Coffee Shake (when they are stocked w Almond...) & the Avocado Shake. I also tried and liked the Almond Cream Tea, Coconut Cream Tea, Taro Cream Tea, Mango Green Tea, Coconut Shake, Mango Shake, Strawberry Smoothie & Frozen Hazelnut Coffee. Their Banh Mi, Vietnamese Sandwiches, aren't half bad either. I just wish their bread was fresher like Vina Bakery next to Lollicup so it didn't stab my mouth. I've been depending on Lollicup on Veterans Memorial Dr x Bammel North Houston Rd (in the Hong Kong Market plaza) for at least 10 years now, I'm glad another option has opened up! Not very impressed with their drinks. The overall restaurant itself is very nice and I'm sure a great place to hang out with friends. I got an iced hazelnut cream tea with boba and it tasted somewhat watery. Yea I know there was ice in it, but it tasted watery from the very first sip. Stopped by for some avocado smoothie and watermelon slushie (which my boyfriend had). The avocado smoothie was pretty good and the watermelon slushie definitely tasted fresh. The cashier was friendly, there was a bit of a line but it went quickly. They had the buy one get 50% off but I'm not sure if that was actually applied, unless adding boba costs $2 more. read more

This place is GREAT! I pretty much go every day when I am passing by. When it comes to either getting usual plain green tea or getting a smoothie. They are always top notch. This place is ok at best. It's exactly what I expected when attempting to get good boba out in the burbs. Sometimes I wonder when Americans will start to realize that we are being pandered to. I love fresh boba and blended teas far before it was cool to drink them. The best boba in this city is Oolong off of Blalock and I10. They make fresh boba daily. The size of the boba is normal. This place puts tiny pea size boba. Also I got the Taro Root, which they clearly just dumped a ton of sugar in. Instead of making a regular smoothie with normal boba they tried to make it cute and overly sugary. What is even more astonishing is that there are so many suburbanites that eat this stuff up and give it 5 stars. The girls were nice enough, except she kept trying to convince me to put my number in for the rewards thing they do when I told her I am moving out of state tomorrow. So she proceeded to tell me I can get a free one if I get 5 of them. Common sense is the new intelligence. All of this is exactly why I have to read reviews and not go off of average ratings because some people don't know authentic or real, even if it smacked them in the face. If your looking for an overly sweet drink with tiny chewy things, this is your place. They tried to mimic what a good tea place does and they fell very short. I heart boba is honestly my most favorite place to get boba at. I love the staff there they already memorized my order since I tend to visit this location multiple times. I've been coming to i heart boba for years and I've spent a ton of money but this one visit today had me a little shocked. I'm used to seeing the same friendly staff who always smile but today I was met with a new employee who was nothing like the others. She was weirdly rude not in a direct way but she was very blunt and not friendly whatsoever she wasn't even in uniform either she just had a Dekaney shirt on. Really good for the price. So many choices its a bit hard to pick a drink. The only downside is its not made with real milk automatically.

I was on the way back from The Woodlands to my mom's...so tried to find a tapioca place on the way. I Heart Boba showed up on Yelp...the franchise has never really failed me. Ordered a milk tea for myself and a Vietnamese coffee for my hub. Overall good... the guy there was very nice. Small place...it was a little hard for me to find especially when Louetta is such a long way road from I-45...plus I was driving in the dark....I do like their check-in deal... Only came out to be like $5.30 for both drinks. But their regular prices are more reasonable than other places. read more

I told this to the young lady who took my order and when she asked my daughter's name she, very bubbly, said, "we know K****, she and her daughters are in here all the time! She's so sweet!"
