The Vietnamese iced coffee with ube foam--or honestly, any of their foams--is incredible. It's authentic, strong, and packed with flavor. My personal favorite is the banana Biscoff foam... it's next level. They also make their taro paste in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference.
