I decided to return and give it another ago! They truly do have amazing teas & boba! Customer service has been great since my last visit! The ambiance is definitely a family environment! You can enjoy games, watch tv, also get a good bite to eat! The business is in a share parking lot. There is also a patio attached so you can enjoy amazing outside views! Sit down with friend or furry friends.

I was craving a refreshing drink after a long morning of running around doing errands. I was instantly greeted as I came through the door and the staff was quick about taking my order. I had the Strawberry Tea with green tea and Passion Fruit w green tea. It was a hit and taste buds were loving it!Also, if you want a heavier tea choose the black tea instead of green tea. What I loved the most is the FAST service! The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. I would recommend for anyone wanting to take some time to hang out or do some school work as they also have wifi. Please note they also have games too. I will be back to try more flavors.

It had been a while since I had been to this location, so we decided to stop by for lunch. The staff was super friendly, and there was a little lunch rush, but they worked through the line quickly and had orders coming out at a good pace, too. We each ordered a bahn mi and a tea. The chicken bahn mi was delicous, and my husband really enjoyed his beef one with an added fried egg. My pomegranate peach tea with basil seeds was absolutely delicious, and I now think I'll be choosing basil seeds over boba.

What caught my attention of this restaurant was the variety on their menu! I had their taro smoothie, with the charbroiled bbq chicken plate and the beef bulgogi banh mi. There was nothing too special about the smoothie but the food is where I felt I needed to write a review about. The banh mi had the perfect texture and seemed to be bigger than the average one I usually get elsewhere. The bulgogi hit the spot and on top of that I still had the plate to go! The plate was honestly amazing. What I liked about the chicken is that it was healthy, had lots of flavor and that there was a lot for the price. I just wish they had an option for a salad bottom or half salad half rice! The second time around I got just the plate and the popcorn chicken and wow, it was delicious. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, I will most likely be a regular from now on!

4.5 to be fair. I got mango smoothie with egg custard and boba. Egg custard topping is sooOoo good! Try it next time, and it taste more like caramel custard rather than egg custard. Some people might not be a fan of "egg" custard. Now as for boba, it is soft, chewy but... it's not sweet. But that's okay because mango smoothie is sweet so it balances out. I wish they have size options!

The combination of all natural smoothies with boba are endless, they taste spectacular and the boba popping in your mouth are like burst of heaven. I Heart Boba to smoothies is the Starbucks to coffee... Better! The nearest one is 23 miles away, I can't wait until I get one in my neighborhood. I Heart Boba is highly recommended. read more

So yummy! I am a regular there :) I've tried other boba places but this place is by far the best I've ever had. I always get their cream tea with boba & pudding. Friendly staff/They are very generous with the amount. Boba is always soft and on point :) tea is not too sweet. Oh & I love their sandwiches! Great hangout place/study. read more

I'm not a huge fan of boba and I love this place! The first time I tried it I ordered a coffee drink with tapioca boba...not a big fan. The next time I decided to be safe and get a cherry slushie and it was great! My go to order every time. Staff is friendly and prices are pretty fair. Overall a good spot to get a treat! read more

Fast and friendly! Good variety of drinks. BBQ pork sandwich and egg sandwich are both tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the house coffee boba was way too sweet when I got it the first time. Now I just ask for it not to be so sweet. They are very accommodating and customize drinks to your liking and also make suggestions if you aren't sure what to get. Great customer service! read more

This is my to-go-to boba spot in this particular part of town. In a ten mile radius, this boba shop has the best bubble tea based on my taste buds. The texture of the boba is somewhat consistent but there has been some bad days. Don't forget to check in to get 50% off second after your first purchase! The board games have gone through some severe beating with a few things missing. Maybe look to get new games in upcoming months? read more

I love how they have so much variety of drinks! Best hang out place, they use real fruits that are always fresh and honestly for the size of the cup they use, you're getting a deal. The staff is incredibly nice and always greet customers in with a smile. The tea is very good and comes with an endless variety of flavors, but the real star here is the sandwiches- they are fantastic. And for 4 bucks they beat the heck out of subway in price. I love boba! But sometimes there is too much ice in the drinks and the cost is a little high. But I clearly must consider the benefit of a mighty delicious drink to exceed the minor problems because I keep going back! And I like this location better than the one on Champion's Forest. I recommend the mint with cream green tea! Although my sister loves red bean. And my mom likes the ice cream coffee. And my dad likes coconut taro. Since this is a Michelin acknowledged restaurant two years in a row, we were expecting uniqueness and we were not disappointed. That said, food was very good, but I would not rate it as spectacular. The blue fin tuna tostados were delightful and hands down the best dish we had. Ceviche mixto was excellent with a just a hint of heat. I would order these two appetizer dishes again. Main courses consisted of duck 2 ways, redfish with green mole and risotto, spring cavatelli, and grilled shrimp & pork belly. All were delicious and uniquely tasty with the exception of the duck. Mind you, I really like duck and the sliced portions were excellent and perfectly seasoned and moist, but the pate-like accompaniment was not that good, plus the mole sauce was not what I was expecting. Table sides of Brussels sprouts and fried cauliflower were good but nothing special. The Eton Mess with strawberries was simply delicious. Would I go back? Maybe, but not anytime soon.

First off... Definitely check in on Yelp to get a sweet deal! This place is a great stop for those who live nearby. Drinks are more affordable than other places in town! Bubble tea here is $3.10, and it's $3.75 in other places. Be careful with the sweetness though; regular sweetness level is TOO sweet for me. The balls are pretty solid, but I've had better balls in town elsewhere. Need a fast snack while on your way to work? Excellent. Get a banh mi here while at it. It takes them two minutes to make. Though this wouldn't be unanimously proclaimed as my favorite bubble tea in Houston, it's still a Top 3 choice. I Heart Boba wins a fifth star for convenience, friendly staff, and affordability. The staff here is always polite, Professional, quick, & friendly. They run an efficient business! Even during covid where they are probably short staffed just like everyone else, they are always great! I've been going here years and they have not once messed up my order. I prefer the Hazelnut Iced coffee & Fruit smoothies with bursting boba. I personally am not a fan of boba or teas, (I'm super picky), but all my friends I have brought here have fallen in love with this place too! Their sandwiches are also the only sandwiches I'll eat. I do not leave bad reviews unless it's necessary. This business is just bad manners. I ordered two drinks tipped $2 and my total was $12. One of the drinks I ordered was made poorly and tasted a lot like bug spray. To say the least undrinkable and I can normally enjoy most things. I asked if they could remake the drink and they refused unless I purchased the drink again. I could not believe it. I would understand if this was my fault and a loss on the business. But this was clearly their mistake. I'm very disappointed. read more

There is not a single day that goes by that I don't think about their piña colada smoothie with green apple popping boba. Every time I go to the place I literally reach Nirvana.
