I had the beef vermicelli bowl and the beef was so tender. I drizzled some of my wife's Pho broth onto my bowl and that accentuated it even more. I'd love to return to try the Bánh mì. There was plenty of parking outside, as there usually is, at least during the day. I was greeted immediately by a nice, friendly gentleman and seated and given a menu promptly. There were only a few other diners inside and a few people picking up their lunch orders. The place was cozy and inviting. I ordered the shrimp rolls, fried egg rolls, and grilled pork again (but with rice instead of the vermicelli this time), and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The pork plate was generously portioned as it usually is, so I ended up with leftovers. Overall, the service and food were excellent. I got the Banh Mi Dac Biet, which is your traditional Vietnamese banh mi. The bread was perfect! Not too crunchy, but not too soft either. It tasted relatively fresh, even by the time I got home 10 minutes later. The ratio of the ingredients was very good.
