Special combo Banh Mi and a vietnamese ice coffee
    Alex K.

Love this place. The special combo banh mi was excellent. The vietnamese was a bit sweet, but it usually is. You can ask then to put less condensed milk. It was so good though! I'll be back to try their other banh mi as well as their Pho. So glad I found this place, right by the Costco I go to a lot. Honestly, I felt a lack of food choices near Costco so I'm glad to have found it.

The customer service here was so amazing! The cashier was very very helpful with my ordering and letting me know the background of the coffee. The Vietnamese coffee was A1. Should have ordered a bigger cup. It was bold and sweet. Just beautiful lol. The sandwich was also really good. I wish the bread was not hollowed out, but besides that, the chicken was great. Very flavorful. The veggies were fresh and so good. Overall would def come back!

Coffee roastery disguised as a Banh Mi shop is the best way to describe this establishment. Run by husband and wife team Nick and BT, they serve sandwiches, pho, coffee, as well as bubble tea and fruit tea. The french bread is fresh baked everyday, they even have a placard certifying how french their bread is. The coffee too is roasted in house daily, the owners take a lot of pride in their coffee, beans sourced from Vietnam, you won't find any Cafe Du Monde here. The interior is quaint and refreshing, the owners said the furniture is also sourced from Vietnam, verdant greenery line the walls accompanied with fresh flowers and indoor leafy plants. It's a cute spot, great for having coffee dates or catching up with old friends. I usually like my coffee black, but you can't go wrong with their traditional Vietnamese coffee. Decadent, rich, aromatic, even non-coffee lovers will drool at the smell of their coffee. The roast is light to medium, not too heavy on the palate, and great for people who stray away from strong dark flavors. I ordered the B1 combo banh mi. The bread used for the banh mi is a lot thinner and longer than most sandwiches I've had, more akin to a Jersey style sub sandwich with a light crust and very soft pillowy crumb. It feels a lot more refined than the banh mi you get in the metro ATL area. I got mine with extra pate, I love the velvety mouth feel and the lingering umami after you finish a bite. The veggies that line the sandwich help cut through the richness, I personally enjoy the jalapenos but if you're wary of spiciness I'd ask for it off. I love everything about Banh Mi Cafe, and hope they get the love and attention they deserve for putting so much effort into their food, coffee, and interior.

This awesome establishment was highly recommended to us! I am so happy that we finally had the opportunity to try it! All I can say is that we were absolutely blown away!!!! I had the vegetarian Banh mi # 8 and the hubby had the grilled pork Bahn mi #2. The bread tasted fresh, perfectly toasted, the flavors were out of this world! Truly this is THE BEST VIETNAMESE place we had in GA! We're no longer missing our favorite place in FL. This place absolutely beats it! Also family owned and they're absolutely pleasant! We will be back very soon!!!

This is a cute little coffee shop off the main drag. When I visited it was near closing time so there weren't many patrons. They got our order relatively quickly but it did take a little bit despite us being the only people in the store. We got a half a sandwich and two small desserts. It was decent but a little pricy for the amount that you get.

Tried out this new chain cafe that offers banh mi, pho, and boba tea. It was an average experience, nothing too impressive, but it was kind of expected since it's new and working the kinks out. It's a fast casual experience so there's not much to talk about in terms of ambiance. The croissant banh mi was a disappointment, as it became soggy in the container from the steam. The jasmine tea was also too bitter for my taste, probably because it was oversteeped. The only thing I really liked was the banh mi on baguette, which had a nice crunch and flavor. The corn dog wasn't bad but might not get it again. Its just a bit too oily for my taste. I'm very happy to see more Asian cuisine on this side. I will have to come back to try the pho soon. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me another tea which was pretty good.

    Milk coffee and artichoke tea

So I've been here 4x now since grand opening a week ago and I can confirm that this place is well worth the 5 stars (at least for the banh mi). I've gone in all hours from weekends to hump day, morning, noon, and evening...there are always groups in here enjoying their food and people coming in for orders. Sometimes you have to wait a while for the banh mi, but they're new and still figuring out the supply/demand balance, so I imagine that'll smooth out soon. All the banh mis I've seen from them have had good amount of filling, and the bread is the perfect ratio to compliment it. Eating the banh mi the next day (I suggest warming it up so the bread is nice and soft) tastes almost just as amazing as having it fresh, so don't feel shy on stocking up! Drinks-wise, their milk coffee is probably the winner, though I've only had their coffees and artichoke tea. I still feel like the artichoke tea is a bit inconsistent in terms of toppings (3 out of 4 times I've had it have all looked a bit different) and they can use MUCH more basil seeds than the little droplets I've seen 2 of the 3 times I've had it (the first time didn't even have basil seeds). I've seen people carrying out other drinks that look amazing, and I do think that their "regular sugar" drinks are not as sweet as most places, which is a good thing. Employee-wise, I've seen at least one of the owners there every time I've been in the store, and they are very communicative and great with their customer service. Their employees are well-trained and very friendly as well. I appreciate when employees work with you to figure out what you need to order (like how to order a drink if you want to drink it the next day vs. today) instead of standing around with an air of indifference--makes me feel like they care, which is important for customer retention! To summarize, their banh mis are amazing and their drinks are overall good, but what kicks it to 5 stars is the excellent customer service. Paris banh mi is off to a great start! I haven't tried their sweets or pastries yet, but perhaps in the near future...I'll definitely be back and keeping my Duchess title for some time ;)

This restaurant is small, cute, and very clean. The owners provided exceptional service. I stopped by to place a to-go order. I got the croissant with shredded chicken without mayo. You get a great portion of chicken and veggies. Sandwich was very good! Also got Taro with boba and no added sugar. So yummy! I'll be back to try more next time I'm in the area.

New store in Alpharetta! Located in a busy section, right across Walmart on Windward Pkwy. Inside - We went on the first week of opening! Really good ambiance inside. They have decent seating area. Bonus - They also have a small drive thru which can be easy to miss if you dont notice. Food/Drinks - We got the Artichoke Tea, Lychee Tea (both with boba), Pork Banh mi. The boba tea's were refreshing. The meat in Banh mi is delicious, its a good quantity. The toppings (pickled radish?) was a little too sweet for my liking but its customizable. Service - The service was bit off for us. (Not the owner, owner was friendly). But the workers that day were ignoring us. The order took a while and workers that day started giving customers the drinks that ordered after us. Hope its a one off incident, probably in training. We are happy to have a Banh mi place in Alpharetta!

1/21/24 Update: I finally got to come inside and there was no crowd as I came the day after the grand opening. There was plenty of parking spots in the private lot. When I came in, the first thing I noticed were 2 employees eating at 2 separate tables. There also were some managers/owners staring at the customers at another table towards the back while 2 employees were at the counter hard at work. The owners/managers were staring at me and the customers. They didn't say one word to me or any of their customers. Doesn't make much sense when the staff/owners occupied 3 tables when the dining area is already super small... Definitely not a good look especially on grand opening weekend. I know if I was the manager/owner, I would definitely be greeting all my new customers especially on grand opening weekend. Everybody is entitled to breaks and meeting but probably best to do it out of sight in the back where customers can't see..... Just my 2 cents... The decor in the dining area was simple and ordinary and I didn't see anything special that would set it apart from others. There was no line and I got to order right away. Since I was saving my drink for later, I opted for no ice with my drinks. Unfortunately, I was in for a bad surprise. I ordered the Peach fruit tea, Lychee fruit Tea, Paris by Night, and Thai Tea. I was given a nice drink holder. When I looked at the cups, I was in disbelief as they were nowhere in close in being filled to the top. I left and got inside my vehicle and realized that they didn't give me any boba straws. So I had to come inside to grab some straws. I guess without any ice, the drinks wont be filled up. I figured it would be filled since I paid close to $7.00. I saw some cheese cake or some kind of cake in a mostly empty front display area. I tasted the Peach fruit tea and almost threw up. The flavor and taste was horrible. Sugar level was insanely sweet..... Idk what kinda fruit tea it was but it reminded me of the peach tea that came out of the Quick Trip fountain drink dispensers.... One thing I will say, the 2 prices (cash vs credit) displayed on the menu and inside board looks super tacky. It reminds me of the independently owned gas stations . Why not just use the credit card prices and call it a day? It's only a 26 cents difference. I have never seen this ever at a restaurant/tea shop. Best part of my experience was I got a free shirt because I ordered $25+. Another customer heard about about my order and requested to get their free gift too.I believe you get a choice of a cap, beanie, or t-shirt. This was part of their grand opening. There also was a raffle where I dropped my ticket in the box. My ratings are not reflected on the food but just the drinks, service, and want I saw in my first visit, I will update the ratings when I come back for food. Hopefully, this is just some grand opening jitters. More photos to come!

Decided to drop by here after the grand opening week, so it would be a little less busy! I've had Paris Banh Mi from other locations, so I was super happy they opened another spot near me! Staff was super friendly and got our orders quickly! I had the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and the Peach Fruit Tea! They had some yummy corn dogs that my friend tried, so I'll definitely have to give those a go next time! Food came out pretty quickly, and my favorite part about PBM has got to be the bread... it's just so crispy yet soft on the inside and I love its shape, makes it really easy to eat! I hope to try some more stuff the next time I come!

I stopped in to grab a grilled pork banh mi and a lychee tea boba. The boba was a bit too sweet for my taste but the banh mi was respectable. I also picked up a bag of their coffee which is hand roasted by the staff with coffee beans from Vietnam. I can't wait to try their pho and Korean hot dogs. They are conveniently located a few minutes away from the Alpharetta Costco.

This was the sexiest bowl of Pho I've ever had in Georgia. I have tried a few popular places and this place has the best Pho with flavorful broth, noodle texture, and fresh ingredients; I devoured it. Apparently, they have their own special recipe that's different from other locations, so definitely give their Pho Special a try. I'm just glad to have found my go-to place for Pho, especially since winter is around the corner. Also, the ambiance was warm and relaxed; I'll be back.
