I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.

I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and back from stress, TMJ and an old sports injury in my right shoulder. She does a great job finding the areas that need some extra attention and really works on the tightness and knots. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. I highly recommend booking with her and honestly don't plan on going anywhere else. The spa itself is also great. It's easy to schedule appointments, everyone I've met at the front desk has been really kind and welcoming, and everything is always clean and tidy. I understand everyone has off days, but there's no reason to be rude or aggressive with a customer.
