The name really gives it away! This is a very tech savvy massage parlor. The front desk service is REALLY friendly. However, they're too friendly where it comes across as they're trying to upsell their "package" deals. As a customer who is so used to just walking to your appointment and going straight to the massage bed to get "trampled" on. This place just wasn't that. We made an appointment for 7PM and we were asked to arrive 15-30 minutes early. This is a red flag, as I now know that this is to engage in conversation, maneuver in some add ons, and then you can be on your way to your massage. They were adamant that the Ceragem massage bed would be a "game changer" as a pre-massage and wouldn't charge if we didn't enjoy it. I've tried this bed elsewhere before and it wasn't anything special however it may be helpful to those who have bowel issues. The bed does NOT fit a person who's over 5'10" it is too small. As we went to our massage room, the room is nicely lit and the ambiance with the soft music is a nice touch. I liked how the masseuses don't leave the room to grab whatever they need to get for 5 minutes. All products they need are in the same room with you so you won't need to think about them compensating the 5 minutes lost for going out to grab stuff. LOL The quality of their massages were sub-par. I had to mention that I needed the pressure harder and it would be hard but the technique was not great. When I mention the areas that I need attention on, I didn't really get that. I had a whole bunch of knots (and still do actually) on my left side neck and shoulder and it just wasn't acknowledged. I've been to many massage parlors and the therapist would feel the problems areas and focus on them! I don't think these massage therapists are trained to know problems areas which is frustrating. At the end of my massage, I was just content with the process. The 3 stars is for the cleanliness, friendly staff, and for giving us the opportunity to try the Ceragem bed. I had to dock 2 stars for the "up-selling" and taking time away from our scheduled session. We went in at 6:45 and left at 8:40ish. We did not request for a 2 hour long session. read more

You're able to select your target areas and pressure from 1-8 (8-10 is considered deep tissue). This place is Amazing. I have had a few massage therapist but Amanda is by far my favorite. She is well trained and maintains a consistent pressure through out the whole massage. If you need a specific area worked on they can accommodate. I personally have on going pain in my legs and calves and feet since I'm flat footed and they are great at working those target areas. The location is very clean and Cassandra the owner is awesome. Always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is my favorite massage therapist place.
