I have been going to this nail salon for two years. After trying a couple of the men I settled on Ree. As long as I got a regular dip, she did fine. But recently for a special birthday a trip to Asia I asked her to do cute little designs and she couldn't do them. This last time I went in I asked just for golden tips and she put some Ridiculous looking nail goldish polish that did not look metallic like the picture I showed her! After only a few days, it started chipping off and then my nails started deteriorating. So I'm very disappointed. In addition, I would always try to be very nice to her and she was perfunctory. I decided to try this place because it's right around the corner from my stylist. I thought that customer service was a bit slow as the first technician who started on my nails felt she could not do my French tip accurately so she switched me to another technician. This technician did my tips the way I really liked it and it was done well but a week later I had two nails that cracked on the top and one in half so I don't think enough powder was applied. However, she was very good at making my nail design exactly how I want it and I will give them one more try since they are convenient to the location of my stylist. I would recommend but just know you may have a wait. read more

New to the area, so I started going to this salon . Nails were ok, but they charge $15.00 to cut your cuticles! On top of the $50-55 for the dip powder! This was new to me, I have never been charged extra to have cuticles cleaned up!! In the past it has always been part of the service when Doing dip powder , also no lotion just the bare minimum , I am No longer getting my nails done here, but found a place where all is included , so this must be just something they do at this nail salon. read more

Over three years later still going here and loving their service. Lyn is very thorough and place is very clean and bright. I love the hot towels and the leg massage. While I don't get gel nails, Lyn cleans up my nail beds and polishes my finger nails. I try to always make an appointment and be on time but they will accommodate a walk in when possible. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My nails look great. HOWEVER. The reason they are getting a one star review is due to their lies and their horrible customer service skills. These people are complete liars and scammers and because of that I will never be back. I was quoted $80 for my nails and I picked out a $40 pedicure. Only to be charged 95 for my nails, and 55 for my pedicure because they chose to use gel on my toes when I wasn't asked if I wanted to pay a higher price. You should not show someone a menu to choose from, and then tack on extra fees without letting them know that you're going to tack on extra fees. Had I known that, I would've never came here. I brought my own stuff for them to do my nails. All they had to do was literally do my nails and they charged me $15 more than what they quoted me when I sent them a picture and told them what I wanted. On top of all of that, the girl doing my nails, had a nasty attitude the whole time Because she had originally started doing them in orange and I had to tell her I didn't want orange I wanted pink even though I had already told her I wanted pink five times. Needless to say, you guys have lost my business for life. I was in charge of a new nail salon, but I will never be coming back here again, and I am a photographer and many many people and I will make sure to tell every one of my clients not to come here. Went with my sister-in-law to try this place yesterday. What a disappointing experience. They were rushed and we barely got any massage time during the pedicure. The guy who did my manicure did a sloppy job and got defensive when I asked him to please make sure he covered all the edges. The quality of the nail polish was the worst. I went and got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics to begin my new job that coming week, my pedicure turned out great but my acrylics not so much. I've gotten acrylics 100+ times in my life and this has never happened before, I went on a Sunday and wasn't completely satisfied with how they turned out but not enough to get them redone so I just let it go and was gonna wait out the 2-4 weeks until I needed to get a fill. Or so I thought. 2 acrylics fell off within 2 days and 4 days after getting them done they all came off. That's ridiculous.. after paying $50+ for ombré I would've expected them to last longer than 4 days. Needless to say I won't be going back to this salon. :( read more

So unfortunately wasn't impressed & I didn't have a good experience here. I made an appointment & call to let them know I was running late and was only three minutes late and the lady that was supposed be doing my nails was still in the middle of doing someone else's nails. I had secured a babysitter so I was on a time limit. I let them know and I waited it out and they got an older lady to come and appease me, I suppose, to file off my gel polish off my acrylics. This took almost a half hour. Because she doesn't do nails apparently. Went there because they got great reviews and it was only $18 for a fill. Had Lynn do my Acrylic Fill; after I warned her ahead of time that I have sensitive cuticles she still was rough and I got burned three times from the drill speed being too high. Told her each time. It's really irritating when I get hurt when I'm going somewhere to relax. Then when I checked out my total was more than I expected. Because they were charging me to take up the gel even though they were already gonna be filing my acrylics town to put on the sale. So after I said something about it she adjusted it off. They speak very little English- all three that were in the shop. So it's very hard to understand them. And there was very awkward silence because they're unable to make pleasant conversation. Heads up, like most nail places, they charge if you want any shape other than square or round. $5 dollars extra. With all that said, my nail shape was very good. I got oval. And it was nice and short like I need since I have a two-year-old baby. I went home and painted them myself because I didn't have any more time to spare and because I have the gel system at home. I moved here from Indiana just over a month ago. Finding a good nail tech is NOT easy but finding a great one is even harder - especially when you are as picky as I am! Honestly, if I could give zero or a half of a star I would. The customer service is lacking tremendously. The entire place is lacking those skills. I was cut by the clippers and burned by the LED light numerous times even after letting her know and she just sort of laughed it off. Paying for such a poor service was very disheartening. I went in for a pedicure and was shown a book with prices. I choose the deluxe pedicure for $30. There was no difference between this pedicure and the basic. I got to the registrar to pay and was told the price was $32. I questioned the change and asked what the difference was and was shown another book where the price was $37 for the service. There was no consistency. I have been going to this spa for 3 years and it seems that the pedicures are rushed lately and they aren't invested in the client. Time to find a new spa. read more

Went to Craze Nails for the first time yesterday. Lynn did a wonderful pedicure. Tony put on a new set of nails. Nice job by both. I am, however concerned about sanitation. Even though they use the liners in the spa tubs, they were not cleaned out or wiped down. I don't think the instruments are being cleaned after every customer. Everything including the pumice stones were put back into their baskets. Also, the sanitizer containers on each station were empty. This is extremely important to me. read more

I was thrilled to find a salon with a conscientious nail technician, who was experienced with SNS nail powder. Mimi is awesome. For the pedicures the salon offers the plastic liners, which is great for insuring a sanitary foot bath. BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER! I went in here to get a new set put on and I prefer coffin shaped nails and long. My appointment was at 2pm. About 3:15pm the tech was still working on shaping my 1st hand! I had an appt to get my daughter at 4 and I saw no way she was going to be done by than. After the frustration, she called over another tech to help. At this point, I had 2 techs working on my nails. Now let me back up a bit. When she put the new set, I pointed out that my left hand, pointer finger was completely crooked. She said, I'll fix it. I mentioned it to her again before she called for help and again, I'll fix it. When the 2nd girl came, at this point each have one of my hands working on my nails, tears are falling down my face and I mention again abut the crooked nail. THE OTHER GIRL decided to file the nail SOOOO skinny to think I wouldn't I don't know notice???!! I was about to lose it and the manager got me from my chair and offered me a bottle of water. I went outside and called my husband. After I went back in, the manager offered to take my nails off but it would take 30+ mins. At this point, I was done. I left and he said I could return and they'd take them off but to be honest, didn't want to step foot inside that place ever again! SO DISAPPOINTED! Neither of the 2 girls that were working on my nails, once said sorry or showed any remorse. The second girl actually was snippy and had an attitude.
