I had the best experience with the I ride trolley yesterday. I accidentally left my phone on the red line trolley and noticed right after getting dropped off at the stop to then pick up the green line trolley. I called the customer service phone number while I was waiting and they were able to help locate my phone and coordinate between both busses about my situation. When I was picked up by the green line, the driver told me that the red line driver was going to meet me at our final stop to give me my phone and I am happy to report, that's exactly what happened! Both drivers were kind and went above and beyond to help get me my phone. I had to catch a flight this morning so I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you, I ride for helping me and for turning a negative situation (brought on by me) and turning it into a positive experience! Purchased a 3 day pass so my daughter and I could get around while my husband had to be at the convention center. Not only are the trolley's infrequent (THEY DO NOT COME AROUND EVERY 20 min) but my daughter and i were waiting at a stop , (stop 27 north) and a Trolley that was going northbound didn't even stop for us even though we clearly stood up and tried to flag him down after waiting 35 minutes. All I can say is this trolley saved me money than Uber or Lyft. Yes you have to wait for the ride but they do have small places to sit alongside international road. The drivers are very friendly one person in particular who made me not afraid to ask questions and made sure I was aware of stops. There is also small information boards along the way. I liked the trolleys that played music that is what made the ride nice. The price was great and all in all I would recommend the trolley. read more

Red Line is north/south along International Drive starting at Orlando INTERNATIONAL Premium Outlet to SeaWorld area. Green Line shadows Red line along Universal Blvd. Both lines end south at Orlando VINELAND Premium Outlet. The fares for this restricted use service is $2 single ride/$0.25 senior. Passes are not sold on Trolleys. Overall confusing and unreliable. Alternatively, LYNX bus routes 8,38, 42 and 111 may be necessary as a backup plan. read more

I bought a 14-day pass at Walgreens. I jumped on the trolley and it said the pass wasn't activated. The driver took me anyway. It was my first time trying the trolley in Orlando. I went back to Walgreens with my receipt and they said to call the number on the pass and took no responsibility. I called the number and and got great help. I explained what happened. The nice lady asked where I was at that time (I was getting coffee) and said to stay there. She literally left right then and gave me a new 14-day pass and also gave me $25 for any inconvenience. I just wanted my pass to work, but they went above and beyond. That is true customer service. She literally left as soon as we got off of the phone and delivered that to me. If you are planning to use this service from a hotel, my advice is to avoid the green line route as it's an absolutely terrible service on this route. I used to be a fan of this service but know it is a restricted service. Any charm, if there really was any beyond my imagination, has well worn off. We are still here on route to the Caribbean and yesterday we stood an hour and 20 minutes in the mid afternoon sizzling in 32c waiting for a green line from interchange stop 5. Two red line trolleys passed by and the third trolley which said red line was actually a green line service but the moron driving hadn't realised she had red line up. We only realised this as after she drove off she turned left. We were furious. It is a cheap and cheerless way to get around and it advertises about a 20 minute wait for red line trolleys and an approximate 30 minute wait for green line trolleys. This is misleading for both lines and particularly the green line. The red line is just ok but the green line is pure lousy. It is a dreadfully poor service. So if you are in a hurry forget this service. They trolleys don't have a sufficiently good suspension so you'll shudder and shake as it rolls along and when it hits the ramps and potholes in Sea-world's car park it will rattle your teeth and lower back. Another annoyance is that it doesn't go to the Florida Mall. read more

Probably the best and most inexpensive way to get to Universal Studios. I stayed at the Rosen Centre Hotel and took the Trolley to the Park. I didn't want to spend a $30 cab ride (one way) or $18 for a shuttle bus to the park, so I decided to take the Trolley. It cost me $1.25 which is dirt cheap! I love that it stops at every major attractions, shopping centers, dining areas and entertainment places. If you are staying at one of the hotels listed on the I-Ride Trolley brochure and want to save money, this is your best mode of transportation. You can get a brochure at the concierge desk at your hotel. Now if you want to go to Universal Studios and don't mind walking, get off at Wet & Wild (Station #9) and then turn left at the next light (Universal Blvd). It's about a 15 minute walk which equals to 4 Madonna songs. (I know because that's what I was listening to in my Ipod. lmao) Just make sure you stay on the ride side of the bridge! During recent visit to Orlando on vacation, I used i-ride Trolley several times to get around the city. I knew of this Trolley system from my previous visit to Orlando and I chose not to rent a car this time. If you have a smart phone, go online to show exactly where the bus is before heading out to the bus stop. I waited less than 10 mins each time as the information on their web "where is my next I Trolley" is accurate. Thenextbus app is also available but I opted not to download just for a few times use. All the drivers I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Each time he would ask where I was going and remembered to stop at the right bus stop for me. When I get off at the bus station, he would point out which direction I need to walk to get to the attraction I wanted to go. The Trolley stops at major tourist attractions along the International Drive. Great way to get around without worrying about parking. Cost was $2 each ride. Driver doesn't carry the change. I stopped by the front desk to get dollar bills before my first ride. They said daily pass is available but I didn't take time to investigate. read more

Things are great when you really do your homework on a place. Because you are rewarded by saving tons of money from throwing it away at such things like rental cars, gasoline for the rental car, parking at the hotel, parking at tourist attractions (theme parks, movie theatres, etc). Thank you I-ride, Thank you. Before using I-ride, they have a web page where you can purchase advance tickets to use I-ride. My lady purchased two unlimited round trip passes for three days for $12. Basically for a whole weekend, ride as many times as you want and even save in comparison to $1.25/ride. The knock on I-ride: Too bad they stop running at 10:30pm. It would be great if they would operate beyond this time especially when you go out to a place such as club, restaurant, a show and not worry about walking or hitching for a cab. Too bad I-ride doesn't go directly to Universal. You have to walk a good 10 to 15 minutes in the hot florida sun from the wet & wild stop. Terrible. Bought a 7-day pass. Tried to take from Hilton Convention Center up to restaurants on I-Drive. Red line is supposed to arrive every 20 minutes, but waited over 45 minutes each way on several evenings. That's 90 minutes round trip of waiting, and the delays caused the people I was meeting have to wait on me which I hate. Several trolleys were completely full, standing room only, and one had the air conditioning broken which was miserable. NextBus app arrival times were unreliable. Not recommended. read more

The green/red trolley is a nice way to see and get around International Drive (aka i-drive).. It doesn't come as often as most people would like, but goes to both outlets so that works for me! haha. Takes a bit longer to get from one place to another because of the multiple stops, but if you're not in a rush it's the most affordable way to get around! If you're going south - the trolley goes in to Sea World/Aquatica which is cool! I prefer the ride going south, it's much prettier/scenic compared to going north! read more

This is an absolute scam. We bought a 5 day pass hoping to use it while on vacation in Orlando. 1 trolley drove right past us even though I attempted to wave him down. Waited over an hour the next day at a trolley stop and had to call the customer service number. It states in all their advertising and print that the trolley runs every 30 minutes, but I was informed by the customer service rep that they are only running every hour instead. No apology nothing. Do not use this service. It would be great if it worked, but we have had to use lift instead. Not close to hotels either. read more

Completely unreliable, we were able to walk faster. We attempted to us them during our stay at a hotel on International. They don't have a time schedule just a statement that says they come every 20 minutes. We had just missed a bus and figured it would be another 20 minutes. We waited 40 and decided to walk until one got near. We walked 30 minutes back to our hotel without seeing one. Other times when we tried to use them the trolleys drove by our stop with a sign showing "trolley full." Extremely disappointed and sad that we wasted our time and money. read more

I purchased 2 unlimited passes to ride up an down I-drive for 3 days, and we defiantly got our moneys worth with these bad boys. Oh, the Trolley drivers are nice except for this one that drove right past 20 people waiting on stop 10/11. Things to know: you can wait up to 15 minutes for a trolley, but big deal when it can cost you $40 for a 15 minute drive to a location of choice. It can also get packed, so be prepared to stand during busy times of the days. Note- I really wish they would stop closer to Islands of Adventures. read more

I echo the previous reviewer, it should be called "iwait." I was in Orlando for 6 days and purchased a 7-day pass. While the price was reasonable the wait was not. I estimate that 80-90% of the time we waited at least 30 minutes for a trolley only to cram onto a very full vehicle. We often elected to walk back to our hotel and were rarely ever passed by a trolley as we hiked. Also, the trolley stops running at 10:30 so one has to walk/cab after dinner/evening activities. Often when we waited, we would be passed by multiple public buses that run up and down I-drive. If I had to do it again I would just use those buses. There was a very large convention in town (which is why I was there) and the company should have had more vehicles in service. read more

Nice transportation and easy way to get around the convention center downtown area. The trolleys don't come as often as I wish they did, but they are usually on a pretty good 15 minute schedule. In a few trolleys, the pull cord didn't work, so the driver didn't know to stop and wouldn't stop after requesting it. At "shift change" spot, they wouldn't let me off even though my hotel was immediately across from the stop and I had to wait on the trolley until the next stop. Crazy. Today I had bad experience twice with I Ride Trolley. The Driver of unknown trolley Red Line didn't stop at recognized stop#3S, at I-Drive and Del Verde, it was 7:43pm, when I approach he whisk down without slowing down, driving very fast for passenger carrier and recklessly. Second incident happened few hours after that, at 10:15pm, when I use Red Line Stop#11N, at I-Drive and Jamaican Ct, the white middle aged driver in his 45-55 age, was trying playing a cop and prevented me to pay for my trip at I-drive employee rate of 25 cent, asking me several time when I work, and when I told him, that I work in one of numerous small restaurant on I drive, he trying to severe argue with me even fight and at the end after repeating him where I work, he instead of continuing driving already late last in the day bus, he made a picture snap of me. Very rude and unprofessional driver. Bus #26, Red Line and incident happened at around 10:15-10:20 pm on bus stop #11N, Jamaican Court. read more

Although there are many restaurants and hotels along International Drive in Orlando, the area is not exactly convenient to navigate on foot. So, if you are in town for a convention or other event, the I-Ride Trolley is sometimes a better option than a cab. The I-Ride Trolley is a good choice if 1) It is a weekday 2) It is not a holiday or holiday weekend 3) You are going somewhere between stops 19 and 27 4) You are already walking and happen to see one (it is better to just keep walking than to wait around for one) I highly advise against attempting to use the I-Ride Trolley on the weekend, rush hours, or any other time that Orlando is busy; just walk or get a cab. Also, do not attempt to ride the Trolley to one of the Premium Outlet Malls anywhere near their closing times; I have heard multiple horror stories. I rate it three stars because it is a low cost option, and is sometimes an excellent and convenient way to get around. However, as I mentioned above, there are many times when the Trolley is anything but convenient. Use it with caution. read more

Greetings, My GF and I were staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations At Sea-world with no car and not near any restaurants or bars. The hotel didn't offer transportation. However, right outside our hotel was the I.Ride Trolley. We only used it once because we were at the parks most of the days and the trolley only ran until 10pm. Being from NY and having 24/7 access to trains and buses it was hard having it stop at 10:30. I.Ride Trolley Runs from 8am-10:30. Extremely Safe Helpful Drivers Comes every 15 minutes. Single Ride: 1.50, 1-day pass $5, 3-day pass $7,5-day $9, Kids ride free *****Wish it run until 2am when bars closed. Perhaps I have been spoiled by San Francisco's public transportation. Came here for three days and WANTED to take the I-Trolley ($1.25 per ride) but I ended up walking the mile to the Titanic Experience and back without seeing one. So I tend to agree with the other two reviews in naming it I-Wait. And wait and wait. Now, the trolleys have room for 41 riders (54 total with two wheel chair positions) so they aren't big. And they cover several miles of I-Drive. Their web site claims they have 15 climate controlled trolleys in their fleet. That doesn't sound like a lot. I saw quite a few folks sitting at the stops on my hike to and from my destination. Just saying they might want to increase their fleet. Also, even though they say every 30 minutes, it would be nice to install a time schedule at the stops to alert folks to the actual time they can expect the next trolley. I enjoyed the walk but some folks wouldn't do well, especially in the heat of summer. read more

The I-ride trolley is a bus transportation system that serves the International Dirve corridor.their many bus stops are well equipped with benches, route maps and shade. The vehicles that they use are super clean and well organized and the drivers are friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area around international drive that they serve. Most of the bus stops could use sone crosswalks and safety lighting to safely assist in crossing the street as well. :) read more

I boarded the trolley at 2400 s orange ave in Orlando at approximately 8:30am.on October 13 2020. I asked the female driver if this route would take me to Icon Park on International Drive...She was so rude and told me I would have to go to downtown Orlando on her route to get there. Then she told me that I was taking too much time and get on the bus or go. I rode her route and ended up at the airport..where she told that I had to get off and it was her last stop...So I got off the bus with no help from her the entire time...I called my sister and she told me the correct trolley to take. I certainly pray that this driver is not working for your company much longer..I was very upset since it was a hour and one half ride for no reason. read more
