When we arrived to baggage claim in Orlando our driver, Kai was waiting for us. She helped us gather all of our luggage and escorted us very quickly to the SUV. The SUV was parked in a garage very close by. We made it to our hotel at Disney very quickly and safely. When returning back to the airport, we had a very early flight. Our driver picked us up at 5:30 AM. He even texted us when he arrived at the hotel so we knew what to look for when coming out of our hotel. He got us to the Orlando airport very quickly and safely! The communication was very clear and concise .The SUVs that we were driven in were very clean. We felt safe the entire time. The drivers were so kind to me and my family. It allowed my husband and I and our three daughters (ages 21,20 and 17) to have a wonderful beginning and end to our time away. Their service was exceptional. It truly stands out because anymore you do not get this type of service. We would 100% use their services again and would recommend them to anybody!
