I went last month for a pedicure and loved it, so naturally I came back when it was time for another. Mistake. This was the fastest pedicure I have ever received. From the time I walked in (including picking my color!) to the time I sat under the dryer was less than 15 minutes. I am not exaggerating when I say I went home and added my own top coat (they forgot) and filed my heels with a pumice stone. I didn't attempt to tidy my own cuticles but they forgot that too. Honestly, it was a polish change and 3 minute leg rub disguised as a pedicure. For $30 I could have picked out three new shades of nail polish and still done the same amount of work at home. Very Clean! Personal utensils come individually wrapped, plastic wrap inside foot tubs, manicurists wear face masks and repeatedly washed their hands throughout my mani - pedi. I had an hour to get this done yesterday before a friends wedding. Mission accomplished ladies! One hour, and all of the stress was pampered out of me. The pedicure chairs have a massage feature, the manicurists massage your hands, legs, feet and toes...but the gentlemen there massage your back too. I am very disappointed with ispa nails. I got my nails done here last week, and they were nothing like I asked. I tried to explain it to the women during the whole process that I don't think this is what I asked for. When another women finally came over and I explained, she told me when I come back for a fill she can give me $5 off which was already very irritating, I was disappointed in the nails right now, not the nails for a fill. You already messed up, why would I come back?? I just paid full price and went in with nails I did not ask for. Now, a WEEK, only 7 days later I only have 3 nails on, THREE out of 10 of my nails are on. I am very disappointed in the outcome and the customer service. read more

I went here on a recommendation of a coworker. It's a little pricey but the service was very good. Everything seemed clean and I saw bags with clean equipment used by each technician (I've been in places where they just have them in drawers) They have a wonderful optional neck massage with just tip expected which is a treat. My powder nail manicures have mostly been done very well, only had one chip quickly. They seem to have loyal customers and I try to arrive early if I can to get an extra nail soak, the polish comes off so much easier that way. They have a quick paraffin dip also and nice hand scrub. read more

I am a regular customer here. I really like this place! I go every two weeks and get a gel manicure for $35. They have really pretty colors and the manicure last forever! They do a really nice job and they're super thorough. Every once in a while I do a spa pedicure for $55. It's pricey but you get what you pay for, they do an awesome job. They also have regular pedicures for $25 but I like the spa pedicure because it's really relaxing. Ive also had eyebrow waxing done here and they do a pretty good job. I've gotten a few facials as well which are good but I've had better done at different places. My mom has done the eyelash extensions and they come out very nice and natural looking. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because it is a little pricey and their spa treatments are not as good as spa treatments I've had at other places. However the staff is very friendly and its a great place to relax and unwind...... Cheaper nail salons don't have such a relaxing environment. I had a great experience here today. The staff were friendly and I didn't feel rushed at all. I don't get any polish (just the pampering and massage). The technician took her time and did a great job with the massage. When I was done, they still sat me by the driers where I received a wonderful back rub. If I was to have a criticism, it would be that they offered their points/reward card to the people next to me but not me. As a nail tech of 30 years, their $45 green tea pedicure lasted 40 mins and was a joke...after "dipping" my toes in the tub for all of 90 seconds, my girl...hmmm what should we call her, cuz she was clearly not a professional nail tech...fluff and buffer is more like it ..just doing enough to make it look good...she proceeded to take my polish off and ask if I wanted my toenails cut?..response was if need be yes, if not, filed....your are the professional, then you should be telling me what's best...no? But anyhow she chose to file at a very rushed rate...at this point I already knew how this was gonna end..me putting a match to money...my toes have been neglected for 6 weeks and needed some work...she totally didn't get that or cared...to busy chit chatting with the dude next to her, instead of putting full focus on my feet..she then attemped to push back my cuticles...or she thinks she did...not sure how when they are using something like the back end of a spoon...at this point I had to laugh...and then soaked my feet in this jelly goo for 10 mins...nice time chaser/filler...not sure what the purpose of that is...but proceeded to stand at the end of the salon engaging on the phone...she came back to do a foot massage and just as she was about to stop I asked...don't you massage the toes??? She looked at me like huh?? Feeling put out...hmmm...how do you give a foot massage without massaging the toes???? Lesson learned...I enjoy going to these places for the mere reason of what not to do to my clients... I was told to go here because they were my competition...I think not!!! Ladies and gents...please stop going to these places...they are totally uneducated...and ps...all those massages that I wittness that you all speak of, if they are not a licensed massage therapist...they are not supposed to be massaging you...they could be doing you more damage than good.. read more

My favorite part of the services- the back and shoulder massages while waiting for your nails to dry. They do a really thorough job on nails and they have a decent selection of polish colors. Some of the nail technicians do a better job than others but overall really relaxing. There is never more than a 10 minute wait for walk-ins, which is great. My only critique is the noise level from all the employees conversing with each other loudly during services. It gets pretty noisy in there and can be very distracting. This takes away from the experience for the customer. Overall, I do recommend this place and I do suggest you upgrade to the fruit spa pedicure for $55. It's worth the upgrade. read more

I just got my first gel manicure from here and it was excellent! They used sterile equipment and had a great selection of colors. I picked a beautiful burgundy OPI that I got many compliments on. The girl that did my nails was great she kept asking me what my preferences were and was very interested in doing a good job. It also came with a free massage which was a good 15-20 mins and was fabulous! She really put her muscle into it which was exactly what I needed after a stressful work week. It finished off with a wax treatment, hot towel and lotion arm and hand massage. I will definitely be coming back in the new few weeks! read more

Anytime I want a gel manicure they're happy to take me but if I just want a regular manicure they ask me to wait or come back or just flat out tell me they don't have time for it today. I only get pedicures and can be a little demanding with my request for hot water and good foot massages. Even when I speak up, I don't feel that the technician​ is offended but listens and provides me with what I'm requesting. I don't feel like a number but an actual customer. My sister treated me to a manicure yesterday. The service at the salon was good for me, the guy I had was very gentle and respectful. However the girl my sister had was aggressive and impatient. Music choice was a little awkward, listening to "sexual feelings" is not my cup of tea while getting my nails done with family it wasn't too relaxing. My sister and I decided on gel nails, I have never done them before, however it was promised no chipping for at least a week or so. It has been barely 24 hours, the most I've done today is folding some laundry and my nails are chipping EVERYWHERE. What an over priced waste! I love this place. The manis, the pedis, the eyelash extensions all are awesome. And the fact that they give you a free neck and shoulder massage (They do expect a tip separate from the tip you're paying for) is an major added bonus! I live about 20 minutes away but it is worth the drive. If you can, make an appointment, they can get very busy. They are a little pricey as for pedicures, but it's worth it for me. They took me right away even though the place was very busy for a Monday morning. They don't do acrylics so I did the UV gel instead, painted red. It took about 2 hours, and attention to detail was lacking. The gentleman that did the manicure was friendly and clearly took his time however they were uneven shapes some fanned out at the front while others were straight and square. Most folks probably wouldn't be as picky but when paying $70! little things matter. This was my first time there but I will not be back. There was a lady next to me that had a gel manicure that she came to get "fixed" because it had chipped in a matter of couple days. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. Pretty much ignored me the entire time I was there. Rushed through my pedicure and didn't even touch the dead skin on my feet. Left with feet looking exactly how they looked when I walked in. They even rushed painting my toes to the point where part of my toe nails weren't painted after 2 coats. This has become my go-to nail salon. All the techs are so nice, professional, and tools are always opened from a brand new pack. I tend to get the more expensive services like the fruity spa pedicure ($55) and a gel manicure ($35), but they have a points/reward program and if you spend over a certain amount, they include a free chair massage---always done by a man with strong hands and it's awesome. It does get pricey with tips, etc., but if you don't go insanely often, this place is worth every penny. read more

I have been going to this salon for 5 years, and have regular, uv gel and powder gel all multiple times. Even after going away to school, I would look forward to coming home to get my nails done here. I WAS a loyal customer, but not any longer. This last time was the final straw. The new management is bad, and the lady always seems like she's yelling at her employees. My mother had gone without me the past few times, and warned me not to go. She said she had to wait for a long time even after making an appointment. She even said they were saying rude comments when she asked for them to change her pedicure color after it didn't match the gel color she picked. Ladies, your mother is right 99% of the time. I was getting my nails done for a 2 week vacation. Polish change, powder gel off, powered gel on. During he polish change, she was digging into the cuticles on my toes with her sharp fingernails and the cotton even though I could see there was no leftover polish left... uncomfy. While the employee was taking the gel off my pinky she FILES THROUGH THE TOP OF MY NAIL. Although I was saying OW she continued to file to the point where I physically removed my finger from her grasp. It was then she realized my nail was bleeding. She apologized, but I was dumbstruck on what to do next. I Never walk around without something on my nails, and going on vacation without my nails done is a nightmare. So, I forced myself to endure the rest of my service telling the employee to not polish that finger. However, she still kept touching my wounded finger.. my luck. Along with the employee filing my skin whenever she got a chance, I was able to get out of the salon alive with 9 fingers polished. I literally paid to be injured, but you will never see me at ispa again. read more
