Most of the individual technicians are amazing! I especially love Kristy who does natural nails and would rate her a 10! Kimmy also does great services and is super knowledgeable but her attitude is a little rude. If your ok feeling uneasy the entire service, i highly recommend her work! Melissa does awesome work too! However the salon as a whole and ownership sucks. After going there about once a month for the last two years for services with Kristy and recently transitioning to Kimmy when I started back on acrylics, I was shocked at a recent experience I had. Kimmy did my nails on a Friday. The polish was SUPER thick when she was applying it and we tried drying the gel several times. No big deal - they looked great when I left! That night I took a shower (like I always do) and the nail polish bubbled. Also no big deal right? I'm like I'll just go get them repainted as I literally got them done that day. Should not be an issue and it was no one's fault, the product was just bad and way too thick coming out of the bottle. Things happen! I went in the next day and Kim (manager) was super annoyed and rude that I was back and asking for the nails to be repainted. I told her what happened and showed her and she told me someone would be with me soon. As I'm waiting to go with someone, I am looking at colors, and Kim says "you have to do the same color". I said "I dont want to do the same color because it's bad and thick. I also dont know what color that was". She said "We do and if you chose a new color, it's a polish change. Charge is $35". I said "But the polish used is bad." She said "If it's bad for you, it's bad for everyone". I said "Yes, it would be". The guy that I was put with was so kind and sweet and he just kept saying "Let me fix for you so you dont have to pay anything" and he whispers "I'll find a similar color thats better". The whole time he is looking at the work and shaking his head at what was done - which to me is no one's fault, it was just bad product. While I am there, Kim and Kimmy are talking in their language about the situation (I can understand parts of the discussion) and asking the guy I'm working with questions. He just keeps saying "it's OK" and rubbing my hand. When I went to go wash my hands Kimmy, who did my nails the day before, glared at me. It was an extremely strange experience for a service that I just had done and paid $60 for the day before. Especially when I was not upset in anyway and it was no one's fault, which I said when I came in. The guy that helped me went above and beyond to fix something he didn't have to after Kim was so rude. I tipped him $20 just because he was kind to me. The entire experience made me really uncomfortable for something that wasn't a big deal. I've spent a lot of time and money here and don't ever plan to go back to be in that hostile environment again! read more

I have been going to this place for close to a year. The last few times I was there, I felt my nail tech had no interest in keeping me as a customer. He was rude, rushing, and rough in sanding off existing polish. Jerked my arm toward him as he was working, and overall did not do the quality work I'd come to expect. I've always tipped vary well. I bite my nails but instead of making me feel bad they just said "Let me make them look prettier" that's exactly why i went. To get my nails done, not to be shamed. 10/10 will go again read more

Hi I definitely recommend this place I've been getting my eyebrows done there for 3 years almost everyone it's perfect I recommend Anyone for nails Jacob is really great with detailed work ! However I have been very disappointed time after time with the older male that works as a nail tech . I got a French mani last year and it wasn't good the polish also came off the day after . Many other disappointing things with him sadly he's not the friendliest either . Everything else about this place is awesome though !!! I really just continue to have no words whenever I come here. My nails look terrible, the shaping is not good, and there are folds on my nails from the hotel nail polish. I had liked the experience I had with one of the ladies here so I went back. the last time I had the older gentleman. 3 days later multiple finger still hurt from him cutting my cuticles. I have given this place so many chances. I've come for nails pedicures and waxes. They always do a bad job on nails. The first wax they took half my eyebrow because they were busy and sloppy. This is my second wax here and both were awful. I have been getting waxed for over 5 years and I go to a lot of different salons.They physically burnt my skin and took it off. Don't go here unless you want incredibly below average work. They do crappy work because it's a small town area with no competition. I received a powder gel manicure from here and paid $64 with a tip. The manicure lasted a week before it started cracking and chipping. I was told the powder gel manicures last longer. Not the case at all. I also properly cared for my nails after the manicure. Very frustrating!! read more

Horrible treatment I came in after booking an appointment for my daughter and I for her prom. They were too busy and tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment. Finally they found it. The only person to do my pedicure service was a man whose hands shook as he tried to cut my nails. He scrubbed my feet and pushed cuticles back - very rough nearly in tears. The owner came and "fixed" his work. She was angry and was even more rude. Finally I asked them to stop as I literally felt unsafe - with that she ruined my shoes getting nail polish on them (clearly an accident). My shoes are ruined, my feet hurt, and it was a terrible experience for what was supposed to be a great day. By the way - I had been going there for 10 years. They are definitely not a very friendly group of people, they do t take their time and up charge everything. I wanted a specific shape to my nail and she didn't care to shape the nail nicely at all. I wanted my nails at a medium length and she kept filling them down shorter and shorter. The nails were all different length and I was charged $35 for a fill! So I always go to the nail salon in Medina. But I wanted to try something different, plus this was close to home. I walk in, cute little place, no one was really in there besides one other person. I checked their brochure and all of the prices were crossed off and bumped up to a dollar more. Which doesn't make sense to bump it up a dollar more?? Plus it doesn't look good on their part to have their brochure like that. That's the thing that's gonna draw people in, when they look at it it's gotta be neat and organized. Then once we got started I realized she went kinda fast, a good nail technician takes their time and makes sure their client is happy with the results. Once she got my acrylics on and cut them to the length I wanted, she never checked to make sure all the nails were equal length, she also didn't lay down a towel on the table. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the end result, I do not like the shape, but that could just be me. Oh and another thing, they charge you an extra dollar to buy their filer and nail buffer? Like? Who does that? If you can't afford your own equipment then you shouldn't even be running that business. Making your clients charge more money for YOUR SHIT read more

I would never tell anyone to go here. I have been here several times. They are very rude to customers and the job they do on your nails is awful. I quit because of this and after 1-1/2 yrs went back and tried them again. Cant believe they are still in business. They tell you one price and when the job is done it a much higher price and they use every excuse as to why. I went to Rose Nails in Long Lake today. The owner took one look at my nails and asked where I had them done because they were the worst job she has ever seen. She said they were totally unacceptable and I should have refused to pay. And she knows the manager of I Spa here in Delano (who did mine). Well Rose Nails does such a super job and asks if you are happy before you leave or they will fix it. Cost was even cheaper. My nails now look great. If I could give I Spa a negitive rating I would. And Rose Nails would get a 5 star from me. read more

I got the middle priced pedicure for $37.00. I did not enjoy when I went to pay and the total was $53.00. I was stunned. I questioned, and they said it was $5.00 extra to remove gel. I had 2 toes that needed partial gel polish removed and than they charge you for the 2 nail files they send home with you. Which means it was $11.00 for 2 files. Ummm? I could get them at the dollar store. I didn't even think about it until I got in my car and started driving home. Ridiculous! I will not go back. read more
