My wife did all the set up in terms of communication so I can't speak much to that, but that being said they showed up on the scheduled day on time and ready to work. They hit the ground running practically. For the next several hours they Tetris the shtuff out of all our boxes, furniture, and odds and ends into our (separately) rented moving truck. The staff was professional, hard working, friendly, and communicative. I had prepared 90% of the stuff to be packed into the moving truck, and was in need of help for the final bit, that's my only complaint with the crew. We asked for everything to be serán wrapped completely, and they would do some of the pieces i didn't get to then go back to barely wrapping it. So we had to keep bringing that to their attention. Our moving truck was not affiliated with them, I think it was through Budget Van Lines or something like it, do not believe that those things are water tight! They are not! Serán wrap the shtuff out of your furniture if you want it clean and serviceable when you get to where you are going. So overall, superb job I would recommend them to anyone needing to load and unload their moving truck. I was very impressed.

I didn't feel comfortable having to pay since the job wasn't done but they seem like a couple of nice guys. Wrong! ! I paid them the full price for the work and they left us with no help. I 38female and my mother 62 who recently had a mini stroke has arthritis and back problems unloaded the whole truck alone. This included a full one bedroom apartment with a refrigerator coaches entertainment center boxes. It was the worst experience of my life. The most traumatic move I've ever had. At the destination they dropped the couch (didn't carefully place down) and my friend saw they were banging my bed. The mattress bed protector was torn and the edges of my box spring are torn and scraped. I'd rate 0 if possible. The owner didn't reply with a receipt. I paid $120 cash for two hours and the movers left abruptly at one hour. They stacked the boxes haphazardly in my apartment when couch and bed were moved in. They didn't help restock them organized. I have medical condition and cannot lift. I have to pay 250 for a new box spring now. The owner won't reply to my request of receipt and refund. Horrible and unprofessional don't go with them.

Then, the A1 Freeman crew of Johnny Gonzales, Sam Ponce and Alfredo Gonzalez showed up! These guys were a delightful crew of professionals. Our sense of humor returned! They did a fantastic job of unloading our 9 crates of stuff in the blistering El Paso heat. Then Arnold showed up and assured us his company was in no rush, and offered to return at our request to pick up the empty boxes and paper. Later in the day, a second crew of guys came by to help out with finishing our unpack. These guys, Enrique and George, were just as helpful and nice as everyone else. Thank you for everything yesterday! We will request this company when it comes time to leave, for sure!
