They do not help the less skilled kids and just let them do drills when they are not even trying to the best of their ability , they have new coaches on courts every practice , and if u ask for help they will expect you to get it in one try with no mistakes.

The other, who's at an intermediate level, had a tough time - not because of the sport, but because of the unsupportive environment. Some players act like mean girls and create a culture that's harsh for anyone still learning. On a related topic, some kids that pay their way into the club act like they've never been taught by their parents how to behave in public. On every serve, screaming, blaming others, returning balls aggressively. One player in particular was highly disruptive to everyone, and it was never addressed. If your child is already skilled in volleyball, they will fit in well here. But if they're still learning, this is likely not the nurturing environment you're looking for. Your experience will of course vary depending on time-of-year you're joining, luck of the draw of who is also joining, and whether Blue Royals Volleyball decides to address a few of these. They're clearly a well-established, decorated club, and I get that it can be frustrating when newer players aren't at the same level as the elite girls - but that doesn't give those girls a free pass to treat others like they don't belong.

They act like baseball jocks, and, although many of the kids are endeavoring to be one, that doesn't mean that they should act like it as adults. Most importantly, The facilities are out of repair. You end up paying nearly $100 per month for a membership and two of the five batting cages are out almost all the time. For months on end. So you materially pay full price for a partial product. When staff are confronted, there are no apologies, just reasons why machine machines are broken, which, to a consumer, frankly don't matter at all. The business would do better if people were treated more courteously, and if it was kept up to date.

We were told 2 weeks ago that the head coach was looking for teams to play, but we haven't heard anything since then. When emailing the head coach about the games, he replied to the whole team "Do not email me, this is not my job". I suggest Silver Lake Soccer Club or Snohomish.

Due to the lack of recent reviews, I didn't know what to expect. Overall, my daughter had a great experience! They were a little less structured than other summer camps (in activities) but she was still happy and I liked how flexible pickup and drop off times were (as long as we did not go over 10 hours). It worked well for both parent's schedule. Unfortunately, they couldn't offer any field trips this summer (at least when my daughter went from mid-July to mid-August). Would recommend.

We did our 4-year-old's birthday party here recently, and it was a great experience overall…read more The play area had options for the more adventurous kids and the ones who needed more calm - every one of them had fun! I appreciate that the play structure is designed tall enough for parents to navigate as needed too, even on upper levels. There was also plenty of space for parents to hang out and watch. The party room was totally serviceable (we booked a 12-kid package with 7 kids and 12 adults, which meant some of the adults were standing (12 chairs), but it worked fine and it didn't feel crowded). I am glad we booked a larger party size than needed so some adults could sit! You are allowed in 30 minutes before your start time to decorate - and they leave blue painter's tape for you. I pre-staged one wall mural, two tablecloths, a banner, and some hanging decorations in a tub and that transformed the plain space quickly and perfectly for a kid's party. Food was better than I expected for a play zone cafeteria - pizza was included in the package, and we added a half-tray of chicken tenders (very popular), which came with fries, and a half-tray of fruit (which the kids loved and was fresh). Lemonade was tasty too. Had a whole pizza left over! The only outside food you can bring is a "celebratory dessert" - easy!! Our party host on the day of the party was sweet, accommodating, and low-key while also checking in the perfect amount. All other staff onsite were also welcoming and helpful. I can see how two hours could be tight for some folks, but they're very upfront about the expectations, and it was no big deal - I just kept an eye on the clock and moved things along. Booking was a little confusing on the website (a larger room size was incorrectly showing for the smaller party package), but their party coordinator got me fixed after I screwed up my reservation initially.
