Last the staff are a bunch of kids who don't know how a range should be ran at all. You are better off heading down the street to Redwood Golf Center, Willows Run or over to Redmond Ridge. I appreciate that the play structure is designed tall enough for parents to navigate as needed too, even on upper levels. There was also plenty of space for parents to hang out and watch. The party room was totally serviceable (we booked a 12-kid package with 7 kids and 12 adults, which meant some of the adults were standing (12 chairs), but it worked fine and it didn't feel crowded). I am glad we booked a larger party size than needed so some adults could sit! You are allowed in 30 minutes before your start time to decorate - and they leave blue painter's tape for you. I pre-staged one wall mural, two tablecloths, a banner, and some hanging decorations in a tub and that transformed the plain space quickly and perfectly for a kid's party. Food was better than I expected for a play zone cafeteria - pizza was included in the package, and we added a half-tray of chicken tenders (very popular), which came with fries, and a half-tray of fruit (which the kids loved and was fresh). Lemonade was tasty too. Had a whole pizza left over! The only outside food you can bring is a "celebratory dessert" - easy!! Our party host on the day of the party was sweet, accommodating, and low-key while also checking in the perfect amount. All other staff onsite were also welcoming and helpful. I can see how two hours could be tight for some folks, but they're very upfront about the expectations, and it was no big deal - I just kept an eye on the clock and moved things along. Booking was a little confusing on the website (a larger room size was incorrectly showing for the smaller party package), but their party coordinator got me fixed after I screwed up my reservation initially. Whether a person chooses to use the machinery for cardiovascular purposes, muscle strength, or weight loss, this is the ideal place to achieve your fitness goals! It simply is not possible to walk out the door without feeling a profound sense of accomplishment and better overall health. The best part of all is the staff. I have had Cerebral Palsy all my life. I have had to make do with one wheelchair to use both inside my home and in my car. It was in bad shape. There is a wonderful maintenance lady by the name of Jen H. surprised me and gave me a cool wheelchair that she had at home. This chair was brand new and is a great chair for me to utilize at home. But the kindness and compassion did not stop there. My old wheelchair was in desperate need of an overhaul. She went ahead and ordered me a new seat for the chair and new armrests. Now, I can feel more at ease knowing I have extra reinforcements with new and sturdy material. Now I have both a wheelchair for my house and one for my car that I can use at the gym. That made my life so much easier. Jenn and a courteous staff member by the name of John Y. volunteered their time and installed both items for me right there at the club. The staff is so caring and friendly, and they do put the customer first as you can see. There is also a friendly lady who works at the front desk named Jenny V. who helps me put my wheelchair in my car when I am ready to leave at the end of the day. The staff at this club makes me feel like I matter. They are like family to me. I am committed to being a lifelong member of this gym.
