The tree was really struggling over the winter to the point I thought it was dead. We asked Whitmore's to come assess it, they never did. Fortunately, the tree is alive but still struggling. Once again I reached out to the company to assess the tree so we could take measures to get it healthy. Appointment was made with Connor to meet me there. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm he cancelled. I tried to reschedule but I never heard from them again. Would never use this company again.
