If you like rustic, wine, and farm animals, look no further. Harbes family farm has it all! Let's…read moretalk about the adult stuff- the winery. Located in a beautiful barn is their wonderful winery where they offer wine tastings with plenty of seating for large parties. They also have cider, which was quite tasty. We had a large group and this was the perfect spot to host us all so we could sit together and relax. This would be a spectacular venue for an event... specifically a wedding. We would highly recommend stopping in here if you are in the area. There's also a cool farm with animals for the littles, or any animal lovers, and a farm stand with fresh local fruits, veggies and cider donuts (during the fall). Lentz_explore

" Wine Flights" We enjoyed the wine inside their wine barn. This early 1900's barn is now an air conditioned wine sampling wine barn. We paired our wine with a yummy charcuterie board. The bartender knew everything about the wines we sampled, and about the history of the Harbes family farm. After enjoying the wine, we headed out to pet the farm animals. Yes they have 2 Highland Cows. The baby goats were our favorite! Then MJ got lost in the Hedge Maze lol, see video below. We enjoyed roasted corn on the cob and some fresh lemonade. Overall a great time

Currently only open on weekends Friday & Saturday from 4pm-8pm Live music provides a great fun vibe to enjoy a cold one, and a fresh made snack from the snack shack. With the farm animals and play area, it's the perfect spot for families to enjoy some outdoor fun while kids enjoy the attractions. It's really a fun spot for all ages. My husband and I are locals. Been patronizing this farm for years now. The owners are an amazing family who do so much for our local community. They always have veggies, fresh mozzarella and amazing homemade baked goods for sale in the farm stand. 5 star fun 4 star food & drinks 3 star prices..IMHO kinda expensive for sitting on a farm on 25a. Lots of flies (not their fault..it's a farm with animals after all) But not how I want to sit and enjoy an $8 beer $12 pulled pork sliders as a human fly swatter. There's plenty of seating spread out: picnic tables, Adirondack chairs etc. Was better sitting far away from bar and animal area. I love this spot! I hope they are very successful for many years to come! Come on down to the farm for a drink or snack. We will definitely be back, but at the current pricing structure not as often as I would if pricing was a little cheaper.

Having NEVER seen this before, we literally had to turn around to check out what this shop could possibly be! Taking the long winding road to the actual Red Bar Farm had us wondering how you get out when only one car can fit on this road. Turns out it's a one way in and one way out so there's no cause for concern about that. It's easy to know you've arrived because upon you spot the red barn the area widens with parking. Once we got out, we were unsure where exactly to go but a friendly Ashley emerged from the small shop across from the red barn directing us to the shop. Once inside, we found this small shop filled with yarn (some from the alpacas on the property), jewelry by AshleyRoseJewelry, dream catchers, crystals, homemade soy candles and more. The highlight of our visit was chatting with Ashley (daughter of the owners) who shared the story behind the Red Barn Farm. With 6 alpacas, who went viral during Covid, they are what drew people to want to visit. For us, it was a small sign on the side of that road that caught our eyes. After our chat, we ventured out toward the barn to see the alpacas, chickens, miniature horses. Additionally there were wild turkeys and a deer just passing through. This little hidden gem is worth a visit just for the story and the alpacas. On a beautiful day like the day we stopped, it's a little slice of country on a farm. And if you are small business supporter, then you'll also appreciate the products that are unique & different. My Theo Snuggles soy candle is like no other.

I got to feed the Alpaca leafs and pet the mini horses. After the tour we visited the shop and bought some beautiful yarn. It was so exciting to know which alpaca the yarn came from. I also met Ashley, Donna's daughter who also works at the farm and sells her beautiful jewelry there. I hope to visit again soon!
