Dr. Brawner and his staff are absolutely amazing! Summer took such great care of me from the time she called back to the time I was checking out. She really cared to know what I wanted out of my visit and treatment plan, and truly listened to my needs and concerns. After my comprehensive exam, Dr. Brawner went over his suggestions, how he would like to go about things, and answered the million questions I had. He was so patient with me, and I never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much time. I am looking forward to a life long relationship with Arbor Oaks Dentistry. A lot of the reviews here are out of date, and reference a dentist and staff that are no longer at Arbor Oaks. This is an amazing place, with friendly help coming from everyone there. Dr. Dhaon is not only a great dentist, but communicates everything and answers every question. She and her dental technicians were quite sensitive to my needs, which is great for me, since I get nervous at the dentist. I found the costs quite reasonable, and the work was beautifully done, with a minimum of discomfort. I have had many dentists in my life, but this has been my best experience. I am so happy that I found Arbor Oaks and Dr. Dhaon. I can recommend Dr. Dhaon and the staff there without reservation. read more

Stay away excessive billing not a necessity for quality care. Ms. Martinez, new office manager highly unprofessional, lacking empathy and offensive in her verbiage to patients. Dr. Dhaon and Ms. Sam have been extremely wonderful! Had to come in for crown work, the process has been seamless! They are extremely friendly and gentle! These ladies make you feel very comfortable and handle you with an excess amount of care! I am very happy with the service. My 2 teenage sons are also very happy and comfortable with them! I will give this office 2 stars as the staff is instructed to collect payment before services are rendered. I'm sure that comes directly from Dr. Brawner and is most likely not their fault, however they should voice their concern that this is highly offensive. I have been a patient there for several years and had to make an appt for a lost filling. I made the appt, which was a huge hassle to begin with, but after that I received a phone call for payment. I told the person I am not in the habit of paying for services prior to receiving the service but she insisted it was their policy (I have never done this before). I let her know I would not pay before I received the treatment and she can cancel my appt and I will find a new dentist. I had noticed many times before this office is more interested in up-selling and making money than they are of providing care for their patients. Going for a cleaning they want an extra $80 to apply fluoride. They charged a $15 office cleaning fee for each patient during covid (while I never saw any cleaning going on - and shouldn't a dental office be clean ALL the time?). And the list goes on. Yes, I am a disgruntled patient but feel I have a right to be. This is not the only dental office in the area and I plan to find one that treats their patients with complete respect. read more

Avoid this office. Not only are they price gougers, they'll try to charge you for procedures not rendered. They charged me about $100 more than my copay which was $20. And charged my insurance company $400 for X-rays. And now, they're sending me text messages about still owing money. They are unhinged here and I'm sure it's because the dentist is keeping too many people on payroll instead of firing them due to a lack of business. Anyways, I was quoted 4500 for 2 root canals and cleaning. On top of the 1,000 covered from my insurance. Needless to say I didn't get work done here. From a dentist around the corner that only charged 1500 for all the work. read more

My dentist , dental staff and hygienist are the best! Treatments are always discussed with the patient and their opinions taken into consideration. Love that when I need a crown done it's done right in the office when you wait, no more nasty impressions and then having to wait. No one likes dental work but this place ROCKS! read more

I came here once and I felt like a costumer not a patient. Dr. Brawner is very nice but he advertises all services to you and it made me feel like I was being pressured. There was always more work needed to be done to my teeth. His dental assistant Summer is very rude and it seems like she is like that towards other patients and coworkers. read more

Inexperienced front office: I paid in full for cleaning+xrays. I had insurance and the front office person said they'd submit an insurance claim for me. However they kept the money from my insurance company instead of having the insurance check sent to me. Ok, an easy mistake perhaps but does the dentist have to keep $100 of my money for six months without telling me? Another issue: I was not impressed with the x-ray technician taking a 2nd set of x-rays without telling me why. read more

I have to say that Dr. Brawner is an excellent dentist. To do cosmetic and regular dentistry at his level is next to impossible to find these days. To superbly combine aesthetic and function and be conservative to the natural tooth is a rare art form. I am super picky.. both having an art and a health background myself...I am very aware of what great professionals are. I have been going to Arbor Oaks Dental for many years and have been very happy with my dental care. The have a few onlays work on my molars and have been very impressed with the technology they use as they create them on-site and are dead on accurate and perfect fit. Likewise the did Invisalign to align my teeth to improve bite and the results have excellent. The retainers they gave me have lasted very long and never cracked which I have known from other people they had problems when going somewhere else. Highly recommend. read more

Very disappointed. Recently needed to change dentists & this looks like a good place, close to home. The front desk was very nice but a bit pushy to make appointments quickly. I asked several times if they took my insurance (cigna) & gave the info. They said they did. I asked what would be owed & was told after insurance paid any remaining would be billed. I told them cleanings are covered 100% so I should be fine. To please let me know before appt if there would be an issue. Showed up and was charged $80, Then after cleanings & xrays, charged another $120. They then explained that they only take one form of Cigna not both. I have to say I asked several times to make sure we would be covered when looking for a new dentist. They were more eager to get us in for an appt. than actually making sure we were covered prior to visit. We are now out $200 for services that would be covered by insurance had they done their job or told us prior to services being rendered. read more

I used to go here for a few years before dr brawner purchased it. I go to the dentist three times a year to maintain good dental health. Upon my first check up with dr brawner suddenly I have two fillings that need to replaced. And the hygienist is trying to sell me all these other services.... I immediately switched dentist, who said I have perfect teeth. Dr. Brawner is a wonderful dentist. He and his staff provide excellent dental care with kindness. He listens well and explains well. A year ago I learned that I have sleep apnea and Dr. Brawner fitted me with a dental appliance that allows me to sleep without snoring.
