He tried to eat slowly so we could eat together, but he was nearly finished by the time our bowls arrived. One other small but noticeable issue: it was around Christmas, and the holiday music playlist was extremely limited. We heard the same songs rotate four times, which became a bit distracting. My advice would be to invest more in server training, especially around menu knowledge, and perhaps update the music playlist. This place was absolutely delicious. I was in Oregon for a trip and had to wait for my friend. I had a few hours to kill and have been craving ramen all week. I Decided to go in and let me just tell you, that was a great decision. The place was clean, the staff was nice, and the food was very very tasty. I got the vegetable ramen with added friend tofu and egg and a side of the salted cucumbers. The cucumbers can be a bit spicy but personally I love it. Highly recommend. read more
