I picked this place because of the reviews and they didn't steer me wrong. I went with the chicken broccoli meal with friend rice, pork, and sweet and sour chicken. It was great! Was nuked and served with carafe in a coffee mug of hot water. No sushi in glass case. Sushi rice wasn't sticky- came apart easily. Tuna nigiri was half FROZEN. ika was good. Rolls were awful. Almost invisible from the street. We found this place after doing business at the Les Schwab next door and an employee suggested it. Typical American Chinese menu with no surprises, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were served lightly pickled cucumbers before ordering. Lovely flavor, a bit sweet and not too strong flavored. We ordered no MSG in the food, to find out that they don't use it at all. I've been here a numerous number of times to have lunch and to have dinner. I gotta say that I usually tend to try a different dish every time I go in. Sometimes I choose just by looking at the menu or other times I have one of the owners from the restaurant recommended me a good plate. And every time I get what ever I order or get what one of the owners suggested me to eat, it is all good food. Also the customer service is great there. Everyone greats me with a smile and have great customer service. I gotta say that ever since I started coming to this restaurant, and also all my friends and family that I've introduced to this place, they've all loved the food and service here. Tried this restaurant due to the good reviews. Was looking forward to some good sushi and Chinese food. Unfortunately, sushi is not on the menu and the sushi bar was empty. Ended up ordering off the lunch menu - General Chicken with steamed rice and crab pops. The chicken was heavily breaded (pretty average) covered in a slightly spicy sauce (pretty good). The crab pops were good, just very light on filling. Hubby ordered the Mongolian Beef lunch with spring rolls. Once again pretty average. Nothing super negative (except the AWOL sushi), but also, nothing outstanding. read more

I have been coming here back when they used to be China Faith, and they continue to have me as a returning customer. Great prices, and great food. I always order the Mongolian Chicken, which is served with a generous portion of onions, bell peppers, and carrot shoots. The sushi is just as good, and very reasonable regarding their prices. I also enjoy a nice warm cup of hot and sour soup before my meal is served, which is constantly packed with extreme flavor. The two friendly staff I see are Lou and Uncle Joe. Due to my constant reappearance, I have gotten to know them very well, along with my family. They are the sweetest people I have ever met and continue to provide great experiences. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Like I said, I've been coming here for many years, and will always be back. As a person who has tried nearly every asian restaurant in the Salem/Keizer area, this has to be my favorite. House of Kong on commercial street is a close second. Pros: This place was awesome! I was surprised at how full it was. We were greeted by this sweet, cute asian woman who seated us right away. We wanted sushi but to get the menu we needed a QR reader. We are posting a picture so you can see it. Ice water and cucumber slices were served right away. As we were finishing our list of sushi on our phone notepad the woman came out with a rubber handled tablet with the menu on it! The online menu and the tablet one had the same prices but the tablet one was listed under yen but it was still USD. She told us how to use it and we added our order to the "cart". She came back,verified our order, brought us complementary soup and turned in our order. After we were brought our first few plates of sushi and had finished them, we did have to wait a while before they came over and thought we were done. We told them what we had ordered that we had not received yet and they apologized. They said the rice was just made so it had to cool off first. COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE. They rushed it in worry of us being mad I suppose because when I picked up a piece, the rice was still warm and fell apart into wasabi ; ; They bagged up our leftovers for us and gave us a punch card to come back and get a free bubble tea. We got fortune cookies and when I opened mine it had no fortune! I joked about it and the woman brought me another one! The bathrooms were completely clean and the whole place was professional. Prices were a little higher than our normal place but it was worth it. The service and genuine character was amazing. Cons: *The outside of the building was very blank and looked like one of those restaurants that make you sick. The inside was completely different. *It was a bit crowded so it was hard to hear what they were saying which wasn't their fault. *The chairs were a bit uncomfortable (table not booth) they were rounded unlike most chairs. They had a lot to choose from on there menus, which had traditional chinese food and they also have sushi which was really good! Great prices on the sushi too which was a nice surprise. The Hot and Sour soup was average at best, the fried rice was not even average. Crab puffs were also average, nothing special. The General Tso chicken was also average at best. I had general tsos asked for it a little spicy, next time I'll ask for medium, needed more spice. The chicken was mostly white meat, and batter was still crunchy with the sauce on it. Service was fast but food was pretty bad. The roll I got was much smaller than expected and covered in so many toppings that you can't taste the fish which is always a red flag.
