Please, just save yourself the hassle. They are completely non-responsive to any form of contact, and if the product I bought is any indication, they are extremely poorly made.
I bought a sub-vape II from a local store. Within two days, no matter how the pin was adjusted, I would have to leave the reservoir almost completely unscrewed from the battery in order for the contact to properly register. If it was screwed in even slightly more than "loose", I would get the flashing battery error.
A week after that, the e-liquid reservoir was completely unable to screw back in to the battery. The screws do not even look stripped, but still, no matter what I do they will no longer attach. In order to smoke the vape I have to physically hold the two pieces together, and doing this seems to make the vape overheat.
I have called the company 4 times (a month ago, left one message, the other three just went to instant hangup so I couldn't even leave a message). They never called me back. I have sent them a message on Facebook, no response. I made a public post on their Facebook page, no response.
Don't buy any of their trashy, awful, poorly made products from a company that clearly does not care one tiny bit about their customers. Seriously. $100 for a vaporizer, which is barely usable after 48 hours, and completely unusable after one week.
I do not usually write reviews, but this is basically a con. I would give 0 stars if I could, though I do admit that their eJuice is actually good. read more
