Came a day before just to get xrays done on my 4 year old who complained of tooth ache. We weren't allowed to do a walk in, was made to make an appointment for next day at 2pm (claiming a pediatric dentist will be on site). We made the appointment and came back again the next day on time for the appointment at 2pm. We had been waiting for more than 2 hours to get anything done. making a child wait that long, gets them agitated and annoyed! i will not recommend this business; even though they are low priced they take forever and do not value your time. Horrible experience, they convinced me to pull my teeth and get the all on 4 . They rushed me to make a decision making it sound that was the best thing to do. when I was there to.get my final crown for one implant and they would not place the crown, until they had me convinced to agree to do the whole top implant. I signed up for the credit . After I paid for the implants the dentist selflessly quit and left neglecting and abandoning his patients without our implants that we paid for. It been more than 2 years and I'm still suffering struggling without what I paid for which was the all on 4 implants.. the piece that they put in there and called it done is not fitting correctly the bone shrinked not fitting they pulled the fourth implant and never replaced it , deformed my face and smile , not able to eat right.. tortured for a decision they literally made me agree to do and promised me that I would never regret. I don't have the money to go elsewhere to look for a solution and refusing in even seeing me or take any responsibility for a job horribly done. This review is for the pediatrics center in the back. I brought my daughter here after being sick for days. I was a little bit scared to go because of it being a low income clinic but they were very helpful ! The doctor was nice and quick there facility itself was very friendly I had no complaints . They even gave me free tickets to the children museum ! Which I was very thankful for ! The visit only cost $50!!! Vaccines cost $10!!! The clinic and Foundation did a fantastic job at providing me care. The checkin was quick land I was able to meet the physician within 10 minutes. She was warm, courteous and helpful. She took time to understand the reason of my visit and underlining issues. The staff was helpful too; Despite being packed with visitors, i was able to get enough parking and seating inside. FOR FUTURE POSSIBLE PATIENTS: BEWARE OF ANDREA. Nice staff, very courteous. However, we had an issue with a woman from the staff. I took my mom here to get an Immigration physical. This was her second visit. The first visit was nice and quick. Today we arrived at 9:30 am and left at almost 4:00 pm. We could have been out so much earlier if it wasn't for the person in charge of the Immigration physical patients. Her name was Andrea. While my mom waited (2hrs 1/2) she noticed Andrea just walking around with nothing much to do. She didn't know then she was the person she was supposed to see. Anyways a nice gentleman noticed my frustrated mom (he could have been the manager) and if he wasn't for him my mom would have waited even more because after that Andrea came right away to get my mom. She asked my mom and I some questions and told us to come back in 1 hr or less and the paperwork would be done. It was 1:30 pm when we left and came back before 2:30. We waited a little and we signed some documents. She told us she only needed to make copies of the form and we were all set. By then it was 2:40 or so. She walked away and dissappear for some time, came back, got some other patients and did other stuff. At 3:05 or so I asked her how much time she needed sp i could make the necessary arrangements to pick up my son from school to which she said only 10 more min and that she will rush for me. LIES!!!! 10 Min passed and shetook some patients to the back clinic to get their physical. She came back 20 min later and enter through another door, straight to the copy machine to make our copies. She was done in 2 min and we ended up leaving at 3:45 or so.If she would have called my mom early when she was just walking around playing dumb we could have gotten out so much earlier but what pissed me off the most is that she could have made the copies right after we signed the papers and would have finished a couple of minutes after. But no she made us wait all that time. I don't know what her problem was but she enjoyed it I could tell. She enjoyed being in control and making us wait. I am not going back to this location. because of her I couldn't pick up my son from school and he missed his tae kwon do class. Thanks for that Andrea. If it would allow ZERO stars, it would be. I came into the clinic (Shepherd, not Wilcrest) needing a wisdom tooth extraction. During my consultation, I noted an allergy to T3 specifically AND that due to a blood disorder, I cannot take any more NSAIDS than what I already take. The supporting staff and nurses were amazing. They were kind and soothing. I already have dental anxiety. This was the most traumatizing dental experience I've ever had. My partner watched the entire thing. I was forcefully told to calm down as I had an anxiety attack after the pain I was TOLD would not be there. The dentist was rude and dismissive when I said that things hurt. This isn't the first extraction I've had. It ain't my first rodeo. After the removal, we began discussing pain management options and we got into a heated discussion concerning what I was to be given. Since I could not have either, he just wrote me a prescription for the ibuprofen that I couldn't take and said I wouldn't be in any pain. By the way? I am. He said to call back if I'm still experiencing pain, but there's no way in hell I'm letting that man near my mouth again. If this business could not work around my medical constraints as I outlined in my initial visit, I should have just been sent elsewhere to receive the care I needed. New dental section is quite impressive. Clean modern rooms. However they lack proper scheduling. The wait time is horrendous. A delay is expected with being a new patient but not waiting 2 hours to fbe seen and then another hour to complete service. So no longer a new patient, they have all my info for 2nd visit here. I scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Waited in the waiting room for 40 mins, then was called to the dental room for prep and still waited another 20 mins for doctor to come in. BEWARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They filled the wrong tooth and refused to fix their mistake!!! they insisted it was my mistake!! That I should have said something!! I went there 2 months ago because my filling came out and it needed to be fixed. They didn't do anything then, did X-rays and told me I needed a crown. I told them I couldn't afford it and wanted it to be filled for now.. they told me to come back when I am ready to have it filled. My So I called this morning to book an appointment. They asked me what needed to be done. I told him I needed a filling because It came off and I have a big hole in my tooth. I told them the exact location. They told me I could come at 1pm (I called at 11:30am). So I get there. Wait for 20-30 minutes on the dental chair. Dentist started by applying the local anesthesia to numb my tooth. It's been 4 hours and I still can't feel anything. This is to show you how much product she injected... So when she was done, I was like wow, it didn't hurt, I like her! So yes. She was good. But then I close my mouth and I can feel that the hole is still there! I freaked out and tell her! She said no, you had a cavity and it needed to be treated and filled! I started to get aggravated and told her I called and told them the exact location. The second to last on the upper left side. I told her no one talked about cavities. We talked about filling a big a** hole in my tooth. I said " I have that big hole and I would worry about a small cavity that I don't even know about, next to it??? ". They treated the tooth next to it. I don't get it. My phone call was clear. Not my mistake!!! Not the dentist's mistake!! I have nothing against the dentist... BUT the staff??????? Another story! So she told me to wait for the manager because I said I wasn't going nowhere. They told me to go to the manager office. So I wait and the person I talked to, when I booked my appointment comes in, he starts to tell me that it is my mistake. I tell him what I told him on the phone earlier... and he said " yes, they fixed the second to last "!!! I said nooooo!!! They fixed the one before it!!! So then they started to tell me that anyway, they can't fill it. That no dentist would do it anyway. It needs a crown. So, now we have a different story. While I was waiting for the manager, I caught them (the receptionist and the girl that brought me to the room) laughing at me!!!! Then the Manager shows up, talking to me like I am stupid. Telling me I should Have said something!! I told him, how do you want me yo know it's the wrong tooth when I can feel a thing!!!! Like I said it's been 4 hours and I still can't feel anything! He was so rude and!! He refused to fix their mistake unless I would pay for it!!!!!! PLEASE don't answer asking me to give you a call, that the manager will take care of it!!! The children's clinic I would give 4 stars. The wait is not too bad considering this is a clinic and not a private practice. It is very clean and brand new looking and my daughter likes it. The adult clinic is another story. I would rather go sit in an emergency room than go to the wilcrest walk in clinic. You wait all day long in a dirty crowded wait room and once you finally do get called to the back you wait another hour to actually see the doctor who spend a a whole minute with you then sends you back to the wait room for your prescriptions. read more

The receptionist here are absolutely the rudest people I have ever met. Not a smile, not a caring word. They treat you like you don't deserve to be in their presence just because you are sick. I came here because I can barely walk without feeling faint and dizzy because of an upper respiratory infection and the Dr saw me for less than 5 minutes and said there is nothing they can do but tell me to rest. I also asked multiple times for an inhaler because I believe I have asthma and figured I could get more than one thing taken care of while I was there and it was completely ignored and blown off. This is a joke of an establishment and is definitely not for anyone who is looking for good healthcare when they need it. Spend the extra buck and go to a different doctor. The only good thing about this place was Janet, she never made me feel like I was worthless or stupid for being there, she talked to me like a real person and not like I was an idiot. read more

Went to the Dental clinic. Outstanding service, with an appointment was seen within 10 minutes last few times. My wife and I had xrays cleanings, 2 root canals each and two crowns...I also had an extraction and bone graft in preparation for implant.....all at almost one fourth the cost of dentists here in kingwood. Horrible. I will no longer be coming here. I don't have insurance so I thought I'd give this place a try. The employees are rude to each other in front of patients. I waited over an hour for a follow up appointment. The appointment was just to go over my blood results and ultrasounds. I would ask how much longer the wait would be, considering that I also arrived early to the appointment to avoid delays, they ignored me. The first 20 mins had gone by and they still had not even registered me. Once I got fed up, I went to the window respectfully, and asked how much longer because I had been waiting over an hour and have seen other people arrive after me be attended. The lady at the front desk gave me attitude and wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. When I went to go sit down, she shut the window and began talking about me with her coworkers in Spanish.
