Strawberry SNO - Fruit Ninja was FIRE. So tasty and refreshing. Also got boba tea with the lychee popping boba. Great little spot. Disappointing that we missed the JK cupsleeve but it was worth the trip for the treats!

I struggled a bit for the rating on this one. I am not a fan of Boba but this place is much more than that so I wanted to try it out. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were greeted as soon as we entered. The tables were clean so we figured our order and sat down to wait for it. The place is decorated nicely and there were a few games around if you felt so inclined. We did some teas and flavored soda which tasted great albeit seemed slightly pricey compared to some of the food items. We did the Chicken Katsu sandwich which was great but seemed slightly bland. Nevertheless, it was well cooked, crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. The fries were good, we tried regular and the seasoned and really did not have a preference. They seasoned were not "overly" seasoned but seemed very similar to the regular fries. The spinach and cheese ravioli bites were the favorite and the wings were the least favorite. They were salty like the sea which was not for us. Maybe some people like that? All in all it was a pleasant experience. I would like to return to try some of the wild desert options at some point. Should you be in the area and looking for a chill place to grab a snack or treat this might be a good option for you.

Ice and Bites used to be my go-to Boba spot, but over the years, the Boba and tea have not been the same. Most of the options are out and the tea is ok. They are not as fresh as they used to be and the lemonade option is powder. The Boba is chewy and not well made. My friend and I got the French fries, which were overly salted. In the past, my experiences were different. The food was always well made. The staff are always friendly though. They are always accommodating and willing to customize anything on the menu.

I heard about this boba spot from a friend and when I was finally in the area, I couldn't wait to check it out! It is small inside and a bit dark at night, but there is plenty of seating (couches, small tables), games for entertainment, and even dry erase walls for people to doodle! I walked in to an entirely empty store but within a minute of entering, 5+ people came in and there was quite a line, so I guess the wait time fluctuates and can be pretty unpredictable. I got my drink in like 3 minutes after ordering so very happy there. I got a large iced black tea with rose and vanilla flavoring, boba, and half sugar ($4.79). The flavors were noticeable but not overwhelming, and the sweetness was perfect! The boba or something at the bottom was warm while the ice chilled the top, so there was an interesting blend of temperature, but I didn't mind this. Overall, for a very good price, you can get some very decent drinks with unique flavors and plenty of nondairy options! I didn't get any food this time, but I overheard as other people were ordering that the taiyaki takes 20 minutes per order in an ideal situation! The staff were very upfront and communicative about it which was good, but still, I don't think I could wait over 20 minutes just for 2 small taiyaki, and that was the best case scenario of not having to wait on any other taiyaki orders.

On my way to visit my girlfriend, SantaPaws and I stopped by Ice & Bites for a quick dessert. Although we had initially planned to visit Happy Lemon, I saw it while turning into the plaza and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Mango Shaved Ice with Lychee Jelly, Passion Fruit Jelly, and Strawberry Jelly topped with a drizzle of Condensed Milk, which brought back memories of my time in CA. The only downside was that it took a while to receive my order due to the machine having trouble spinning out the ice shavings. However, after waiting for about 5 minutes, it finally worked and I was able to enjoy my dessert. Despite the delay, the flavors were perfect and refreshing, making it a great way to end my day.

Great prices!! I got the thai-phoon which had the Thai tea ice cream. It was only $5!! Holy cow it was good! Super comfy place to sit and chill. So delicious

An interesting restaurant concepts by UCF. It features sno cones, drinks, ice cream and, wait for this, savory waffles with chicken and other savory items. My son got the waffle with chicken and said it was okay. I had the waffle, coincidentally that shaped to look like a fish, with vanilla ice cream and a few toppings. I would recommend this establishment. However, it would probably be more advisable to eat it there as we got it to go and my ice cream melted a bit. It did take away a bit of the aesthetic beauty of the creation, but was still pretty good.

The ice cream was good but the sno was smaller serving size for a higher price and wasn't very flavorful. I'd go again for the ice cream and drinks. I didn't get to try any but they have some espresso and milk tea that looks delicious! I would recommend trying this place, but the sno was a letdown.

The service was great all the staff were very nice and personable. One of the members asked us if we had any questions or needed any help and he got our order out really quickly even though there were many orders. The inside of the store is great too they have an anime character wall where guests have drawn pictures of their favorite characters. So it had a great vibe overall. The drinks are also fantastic loved every part of it both their milk tea and their fruit teas are really strong!

when you put cotton candy on top of your tea & condensed milk on top of ice cream waffle, you're doing things right. Not to be confused with Eyes And Bites which is basically what Indy was served in the Temple Of Doom aka Pankot Palace. After all, one night in Pankot makes a hard man humble. Like Kendrick Lamar. It was honestly one of my least favourite places I went in terms of product, even in Orlando with iffy boba standards, it's at the lowest end of the list... tasteless and disappointing. Very popular though. It's as bad as it is popular. To an extreme degree. Service wasn't lovely either but not awful. But having said that, the decor is so lovely and the other customers were so lovely, that I have a hard time giving it too bad of a rating, and it is after all locally owned, even if I don't like the products. 3 is just about right but if I find a few things here I like (and I will try it again because my Orlando friend is obsessed with it), I'll bump to 4.

Honestly when it was the original company they were so sweet. The two times I have visited ice and bites the front girls were impatient and rude. It's sucks bc I like the boba drinks but customer service makes or breaks a place for me. Work on basic customer service skills and your place would be better. Coming from a customer success manager I'd have a meeting with the people representing your store front. read more

Visited around an hour and a half before closing and they refused to make any waffles, entire reason for our 50 minute drive. Ordered chicken wings and they had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. I asked for just some salt so I can try to eat it and they refused again. I explained the situation and they said it's not their problem, it can not be returned and no seasonings can be given. They just kept saying bosses rule and it's policy. Finally after going to the back room for about 10 minutes they said we could have some salt just this once..... No apologies for anything. The ice cream was at least tasty but I will most likely not return. read more

Found this place mainly for their Taiyaki filled with your choice of ice cream flavors and toppings. Can't finish it alone so good to share with someone else. They also have boba tea which is okay, not the main draw for me but convenient so you don't have to go anywhere else for it. Would go back! read more

I really enjoyed coming to this place, even though it's a little far for me since I am coming from Kissimmee. I met one of my friends here and we had a pleasant time. I ordered a chi tea (not sure if I spelled it right) and it was good. They don't accept credit cards on orders less than $5, but since I didn't know this, my order was less than the minimum requirement and I didn't have any cash, the lady still let me pay with my card for being a first-time customer. The place is quite cute and the bathroom very clean. I loved the purple orchid that's in there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

I'm not sure I have ever ordered an item off a restaurant menu, waited 30 min and then was told they couldn't make the item. After 20 plus minutes (the quoted time was 10 min) they produced one taiyaki for my daughter. The sides were ripping apart. It was so messy and completely not like the taiyaki we had previously at a well established NYC restaurant. They simply could not make mine. I left without taiyaki and based on my daughters, I wouldn't go back. read more

Really cute little place, nicely furnished and feels cozy. The time I went the owner was taking orders, he was very friendly and conversational. He helped my group of 7 (individually!!) navigate the menu. The bathroom was clean and smelled pleasant. The board games available were definitely used by our group. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is because my order was one of the first but was delayed towards the end while others that ordered after with the same flavor were served before me. I ended up not liking the most popular flavor, rose. To me, it was too strong of flavor that it tasted like a candle. If they held back a little on the flavoring it would be perfect. read more

This place has the best shaved ice and specialty desserts. My favorite here is the halo halo. The boba is also pretty decent too. Kind of a small sitting area and can get pretty full and crowded sometimes (including the parking lot) but it's definitely worth it for that craving every now and then! read more

I come here for the shaved ice. My favorite ones are taro and cookies & cream. I've never had shaved ice until I went to this place. They call it sno because the texture of the shaved reminds you of snow. I also have gotten macaroons. The macaroons were tasty but I think they are too pricey for what you get. This place also has board games and is kept clean. The service has always been friendly. Forget getting ice cream, go out and try some sno! read more

This cafe has an extensive drink menu, and they also serve food, which isn't very common at most tea cafes. I only tried their Thai tea and caramel coffee tea. I really enjoyed their Thai tea- probably one of the best in the area. Their aesthetic is also nice- very bright and cute. They have some tables to sit and enjoy a drink with a friend. read more

Amazing taiyaki ice cream and one of the few places in Florida where you can get taiyaki ice cream. Even though I would have given this place four stars if it was located in NYC or L.A., in Florida, where taiyaki ice cream is extremely hard to find, I shalt grant this place five stars. I ordered the green tea taiyaki with chocolate pocky, green tea mochi, and condensed milk. It was amazingly delicious. The green tea ice cream tasted like real green tea and it was refreshing. The condensed milk also was delicious and very sweet and so were the green tea mochi and the chocolate pocky. The fish waffle was warm and delicious, however it seemed to be a bit undercooked and doughy. The vibe of the place was a sort of an Asian-influenced sleek hipster vibe mixed with East Orlando vibes. Overall, if you want to have delicious taiyaki ice cream in Florida, come to Ice and Bites Cafe. You will not be disappointed. read more

Many items were out of stock so I got an avocado smoothie. There was absolutely no sweetener in it even though I asked if there was before I purchased it. They offered me syrup instead of condensed milk to pour in because they said they can't remake the drink. They said if I want I can purchase another drink, so I just threw out my drink and left. They also said they didn't have any more avocados so I couldn't purchase a new avocado smoothie if I wanted to. Worse experience ever, won't be going back. And they also don't wear gloves when they make your drinks. read more

It's a cute place. I went there just for the boba tea. The tea was ok, but the boba was obviously old some of the boba was soft and mushy while some were hard and sticky. I couldn't even drink it because the boba was bad. read more

This place is seriously a perfect little hidden gem. I love Boba Tea and have been in search of a good spot in Orlando. This place is it!!! The drinks are delicious, and the Sno is amazing! We even had some macarons to top it off (I recommend the Creme brûlée one!). They also have board games which makes it a perfect little date spot :) read more

Had a most hilarious milk bubble tea here. I ordered less sugar original milk tea, and got a cup of watery tea with just milk taste. I found out later they just mix 2/3 water and 1/3 prepared tea, and it tasted like someone refilled water in a used milk tea cup. I order half sugar tea all the time at other places and it was never a problem until today. read more

Favorite boba place by UCF. There boba is not too gooey, chewy, hard, it's the best consistency, or at least to me! I always get my usual, jasmine tea with boba. It's made just right, no complaints here! Not too many places have jasmine tea or lavender tea. They also offer M-F happy hour and a stamp card as well! read more

Just got it on Uber eats and I order two 5 pieces chicken wings and fries, asked for the house sauce (?where you have sea salt and spicy spices) on all chicken wings and fries. The chicken wings was plain, not only it literally had no taste, it's so dry it hurts my throat when I ate it. The fries was sad too. I just can't believe I spend almost 20$ on this when I could've spend in Sephora tbh. read more

I love this place! Is such a nice cafe to bring friends and hang out. They have a nice selection of board games and the music is always fun. The location can be hard to miss but, I'm glad I found it. Their staff is always so friendly and their drinks/food are always great! One of my favorite drinks is "pretty in pink". So delicious! So far no other boba places can make rose taste as delicious as they can! read more

As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. It's a super cute place with tables for you to sit and enjoy your drinks right inside. The Dragon Slayer with rainbow popping boba was SO good! I decided to do the large size iced Thai tea with brulee on top (about 7 dollars). After ordering, we waited in an open space in the back. A couple minutes later, my tea came. I think I ordered my tea half sweet, which was perfect as I can enjoy the flavors of the Thai tea. The brulee on top added more sweetness when I needed it. After finishing the tea, I ate the brulee, which matched the creme brulee taste from the restaurants. Service was friendly and there was ample room to sit and enjoy the tea. Smooth jazz music was in the background, making the environment inviting. While you order at the counter, the staff delivers the tea to you. This was a very nice tea place in Oviedo. Since it is very close to the park at Oviedo, it is awesome to refresh after a great dinner and a nice walk at the park. Definitely my go-to place for tea in Oviedo!
