RoyalTea has a location here on the east side of Orlando and overall, it is a good place to meet your tea craving. The service is friendly and the ambiance is pleasant enough. Since it is in a shopping plaza, parking certainly not an issue.
I've been a loyal fan of the brand since the Mills location opened years ago. This location is about the same distance from me in the Waterford lakes area. They have the same great menu with refreshing teas with great fruit and cheese foam. This location also has different sweet and savory buns to add to your order. I like the set up of this location. They have more space, so they have a more unique seating area with the wooden step seats with little desk like tables. The service was good. I ordered on the kiosk and the worker made my drink fast! I will be back!
I have been going to Royal tea for several years now. The staff is usually very friendly and the drinks very consistent. They have a fairly small menu compared to many other boba places, but that really speaks to their quality. They brew real teas as opposed to using powder stuff. Their tapioca pearls are also my favorite and you can tell they are made fresh. The interior is also nice and very minimal. That being said, they are a drink place before they are a food place. Over the years they have frequently done different things when it comes to food. Some of their desserts are good, but they tend to be overpriced. An exception to that is their Oreo pie, which is worth it. Recently, they have also been offering dim sum, which is all just okay. Monday-Thursday during certain times you can get some of their dumplings for free with a purchase of $10, which is a very good deal.
Absolutely love RoyalTea, I say if you want a more authentic bubble tea spot, this is it. Drinks aren't overwhelmingly sweet and taste like actual tea. 10/10 recommend
I will definitely be returning and will consider going here only for when I crave bubble tea. The price is affordable in comparison to other places and the quality is way better than what I've had in the past. Aside from the taste, their service really stands out. I believe the lady said they are the new owners. She was very attentive to my order, made recommendations, and she took the time to tell us about other items on the menu. Parking is also easy, huge parking lot, in a big shopping center. There's also a lot of space. Their pastries look good but we were too full from dinner. We'll be back! ;)
Tried their new peppermint milk tea and it's delicious! Nice sweet treat to get in the Christmas spirit in Florida. Peppermint milk tea with less ice, 0% sugar, add boba.
Really cute shop for Boba tea & Espresso drinks!! The wooden ambiance is really cool & the drinks are so Unique!! They use Jasmine tea for the fruit drinks & real puree. The best part is their French Macarons are very affordable! 3 for 2.50 is an amazing value !! Great little Boba & Coffee shop in Waterford Lakes that you can study at. The girl at the register was really friendly & had great customer service skillz. I highly recommend.
Visited Royal tea after a while. I lovee how spacious it is, minimal and pretty area for seating. Great for studying and big group hangout. The menu is limited only has some signature drinks. I got the mango yogurt but did not taste great, it was okay. Pretty quiet location and lots of parking as well.
Food: we had the mango yogurt tea it was extremely good. The only thing I came say is that their tea menu is limited for those of us who cant have caffeine. Service: was good I mean just walk up order and move on. Ambiance: is a pretty cool setup. Definitely a cool place to go hang with a friend to catch up.
Taste: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 The layout of this place is genuinely adorable, seems like the perfect spot to catch up with friends. My tea was tasty and the boba was just the right consistency. Warning: as of right now the prices listed on the website are significantly cheaper than what they actually are at location.

I am always happy to pick up Taro tea for dessert. I searched near by places and RayalTea came up. I had no idea it was located so close. There is plenty of private parking available. It's a small, cozy establishment. I love the decor. The seating design is creative and unique. Ordering was quick and staff was very friendly. I ordered a Taro Tea with Boba. It was just perfect and hit the spot of my craving. I'll be visiting soon. read more
I've been to this location of RoyalTea plenty of times and I've never been disappointed! I usually only go for boba but It seems that they've increased the size of their menu and offer many other things now, besides boba. In the past I get the royal tea (their basic boba drink) but this time I got their cheese foam one and added boba to it - so good! The service is also always speedy quick. The vibe in there is perfect for catching up with a friend or maybe even getting some work done (there are outlets). It's a staple place for boba in the Waterford area and I recommend! read more
This is my favorite tea spot of all time! My go-to order is the Royal Tea with cheese mousse, and it never disappoints. The shop is always clean and there is plenty of space to seat. The service is friendly and fast, which I really appreciate. One thing I love is that you can customize the sugar level, since drinks like these can often be full of sugar. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving a tea and find myself in the area! read more

This place is TEA-RIFFIC!!! We were in the area and spotted that they had boba so naturally we needed to get some. Alas, I couldn't find something I wanted so I went with an iced Jasmine Green Tea. OH EM GEE!! I've purchased some pricy loose-leaf green tea to make at home before because it's a fave but, this was spectacular. It was brewed perfectly, the taste was incredible, and it needed nothing added to it. Just ice and goodness in a cup. The bf got a coffee drink that was also stupendous. Even though it was sweetened and had milk in it, the coffee taste was still strong enough to be at the front of every sip which is exactly what I look for when drinking a coffee-based bevvy. The staff was so kind. They answered questions we had about the tea and their options before and after we ordered. Also, can we talk about the interior of this place? It's so hip, clean, and modern. We weren't even planning on hanging around after we got our orders but, it was too comfy and cute not to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Definitely worth checking out if you're a tea or boba fan! read more

Definitely my top favorite boba places in orlando! The teas are tasty and refreshing. Their milk teas are good too, a little on the sweeter side but you can ask for less sugar and ice. Their prices are on the higher side especially when you add toppings 50 cents or 75cents so it can add up quickly. read more
I'm super happy that this place opened on the East side because they have a mix of flavors and teas that is hard to find. I don't know if it's the toppings, or the cheese, or the teas, or the recipes, the point is that this boba tea is super addictive and it's hurting my pocket! I have tried nearly everything on the menu except the fruit teas because I can't get past the milk tea or the black tea. This here is my favorite when I need something sweet: Mousse Milk Tea with Lychee. My other option when I don't need something so sweet: Rose Pu'er with Lychee. read more

I popped in to give it a try because my regular boba tea place was slammed busy . Lots of stars for interior design and aesthetics, it's super cute with cool bleachers . The menu is different than the standard boba tea choices and no help given by guy at counter . My regular boba tea was super sweet and packed with way too much ice for bobas to come out . It looked like they had some cool whipped matcha things so maybe that would have been better. The cheese mousse looked good so I'll try that and revaluate . read more
So happy that Royal Tea has finally opened in East Orlando! Many may know that that the Mills location has difficult parking but this location doesn't! YAY! It is also not as busy as the other location. But they taste exactly the same! I got my usual Royal milk tea with no boba, tasted amazing like always. I got the fruit tea last time and it tasted great also. Service was fast and nice. Definitely come here if you're looking for boba on the east side of orlando! read more

FINALLY! I've been waiting for the day they would open. This location is big on the inside and with that everything is much more convenient compared to the one on Mills Ave. The workers all had smiles on their faces while working as a team completing orders super quickly. The location was clean and lovely on the inside with a great relaxing, social environment. + The mousse matcha was great, I highly recommend this place! read more

This location has breachers for more seating. The time I went was packed, there may have been a UCF meet up so I can't say if the service was fast. But my order came out right and I'm happy about that. I wish the Royal tea franchise would add more flavors but what they do have they do well. read more
I am new to the boba scene, and this is one of two places I've been to in my journey so far. RoyalTea is so good. I've gotten the Royal Milk Tea and the Mousse Milk Tea, both with boba. Both experiences were five stars. The drinks were excellent, and the workers were so friendly. The storefront is such a vibe and aesthetic, with natural light. I highly recommend it for a quick trip, to meet friends, and to read or study. This place is great and going on my frequents list. read more
My very first Boba tea ever and it was amazing. I purchased the mousse latte and added boba with Oreo crumble. Customer service took the time to explain all the details to me without hesitation and I was thoroughly pleased. great atmosphere, very clean and the drink was not too sweet at all. You can adjust the level of sweetness if you like. Freshly made and I cannot wait to try some more in different flavors. Highly recommended!!! read more

I'm so happy there's a RoyalTea by my house now!! This location is much larger than the original location with plenty of seating! The interior is very aesthetic with stadium-like seating. I also enjoy how you don't have to struggle for parking compared to the Mills location. I ordered the mousse matcha as always and found no issues or differences in taste compared to the original Mills location. read more

The new ROYALTEA location is much more than I could have expected based on its downtown Orlando location. I love how much more spacious it is, and the creative way they made use of vertical space to add more (and aesthetic) seating options for customers. This boba spot has more outlets than I've ever seen in any coffee shop, ranging from the traditional tables to the step seats on the top level. If you're looking to pair a specialty drink with your studying, remote work, or whatever you're up to - this place was created with you in mind! Just as a note, they only use one kind of black tea for their milk teas, so there is that lack of variety. BUT it is delicious and their mousse is an especially well-constructed topping. read more
This newly opened milk tea place is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere for anyone to enjoy a great time with their friends. There are a lot of different options to try on their menu as well; we decided to get Royal Bubble Tea and Mango Yogurt for take out, and we were only in the store for about 5 minutes! The employees are friendly and work really fast (there was one other customer ahead of me and several people in the store so I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get our order in such a short time). Overall this little milk tea place is a hidden gem in the plaza and definitely worth multiple visits to try out everything they have! read more
