The burgers are legit. Just happened to stop in because we came back from hiking RMNP and needed a restroom and fuel. Won't be disappointed

I also ordered the horchata which was one of the best I've had! Again, super big and shareable. Throw in some queso dip with the complimentary nachos and you will be set! Or just order the choices you prefer and I'm sure it will be good. The place had a calm and peaceful ambiance. Nothing too loud and we enjoyed good conversation over a meal.

Disappointing customer service…read more I stopped by for lunch with my medically trained service dog. I was told dogs were not allowed. I clarified that my dog was a service dog and that I would sit outside. After I said that, I was met with what felt like a cold response and was simply told, "ok." After I sat outside, the same server approached and said, "We don't allow dogs on the patio either." For a second time, I explained that my dog was not a pet but a service dog. The server then responded with something along the lines of, "If it really is, that's ok." At that point, I decided not to eat at the restaurant. I mentioned that refusing service to someone because of a service dog is illegal. The server responded that he did not hear me say my dog was a service dog earlier, which was confusing because we had already gone back and forth about it. A man claiming to be the owner then came out and did not seem concerned about the situation or interested in addressing the issue, only concerned about the dog. He repeated that the server didn't hear me which I find extremely hard to believe due to the back-and-forth exchange and cold response initially when mentioning the dog is a service dog.

This place does an incredible job cos-playing Yellowstone while completely ripping you off with a smile. It's a rustic-chic facade designed to distract you from the fact that the kitchen is operating at a high school cafeteria level. If you're going to charge "Wagyu" prices, you shouldn't be serving a steak that is bone-dry and flavorless. The rosemary potatoes had zero hint of herbs, and the broccolini inexplicably tasted like fish--a massive red flag for kitchen cross-contamination. To cap off the "fine dining" experience, our dessert arrived at the table still frozen in the center. It's clear nothing here is actually made in-house. Beyond the culinary failures, the bill was a mess. They conveniently "forgot" to honor their own Wednesday special ($50 off a $100+ bottle of wine). When you're spending over half a grand on a meal, you shouldn't have to audit the check for basic math and promised discounts. The only reason I didn't make a scene at the table was out of respect for our server, Bill, who was professional and hardworking. It's a shame the management and the "chefs" are hiding behind their front-of-house staff while running a total grift in the back. All hat, no cattle. Save your $600 and go literally anywhere else that actually knows how to thaw a dessert and season a potato.

Burrata citrus salad also had no flavor which almost doesn't seem possible. The elk tasted pretty good once you added a little salt. I just don't think I can go back there again, which is a shame because the views are second to none!

The place was absolutely packed, which told me everything I needed to know. The hostess let us know only patio seating was available, but that worked out fine since it was noticeably quieter than the bustling dining room. I started with a medium margarita, chips, and salsa. That margarita had some attitude, and it paired perfectly with the spicy salsa and salty chips. Let's just say I was feeling optimistic about the rest of the meal. The combination dinners are the way to go if you want to try a little bit of everything. I ordered the shredded beef chimichanga. The flavor was on point, but I wish the shell had a little more crunch. My dining companions ordered an enchilada and tacos with chicken and ground beef. I sampled the chicken and wasn't sold, but the ground beef earned rave reviews. Our server, Mariana, was friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to stay on top of everything despite the dinner rush. The decor has dark, gothic Mexico City vibes that give the restaurant a ton of character. Definitely a Fraser gem. It took me seven years to finally make it here, but next time I won't wait nearly that long.

Just surprisingly great Mex food that I would have never chosen but glad I didn't have a choice. Will go back.
