Biscoff: Really good, again, thanks to that signature creamy base.
Cookies & Cream: Decent, but nothing special beyond, you guessed it, the creamy ice cream.
Brown Sugar Boba: Not terrible, pretty good but I'd skip it since there are legit boba spots in town. If you come here, their ice cream is a must!
Black Pearl: A letdown. The hazelnut, which I hoped would taste like Nutella, tasted nothing like it nor did it taste anything close to a treat. It tasted cheap and weird. Throwing Whoppers malt on top managed to drag it down further. These crap toppings have no business on their great ice cream.
Would I recommend it, and will we be back? Yes to both.
Across our two visits, the soft-serve ice cream itself was hands down some of the best I've had. It is good enough on its own that you can skip the toppings and stick to the base menu. Their kid size was more than good enough to share between me and my hubby, therefore, the size was definitely a lot for our kiddo. Our family gets ice cream weekly, usually at Handel's or Yogurtland, and we've decided to add Milk Cow on our regulars.
This location is tucked away in the dying out Tivoli Village, making it a quiet, convenient option. However, while writing this review, I realized they have another location on Grand Canyon that is even closer to us, so we will be visiting that one going forward.
Oh, lastly, customer service is ok.
Mind you there is no restroom in the restaurant itself, so if you are even slightly lactose intolerant, their ice cream is legit and will send you.
