We let the man know who served it that he ordered it in a cone not a bowl. The man snapped back rudely at my son saying "you ordered the bowl, I asked you 2 times ". I couldn't believe rude he was and called him out on how he spoke to my son. He continued arguing with my wife and I. We asked who the owner was, and he replied smugly, "I am". If this is how the owner treats his customers who are spending $80.04 on ice cream, he will not be in business for long. He either needs to humble himself or remove himself from direct contact with customers. I am shocked how rude an owner was. If the service is like this next time too, it will find another ice cream spot. I will say the young woman that worked with him today was super friendly and helpful. The owner should let her interact with the customers and he can work in the back doing book keeping or something. 5 star ice cream, 5 star service from the young woman, -5 stars the owner. Yes, usually it is handled on our end but it wasn't the employee simply said Im going to press skip and the screen that came up was just the one to pay with a different total. I assumed it was like you said the credit card fee or taxes but since I never saw the previous screen I didn't know. So we paid and pressed that we wanted a receipt. And on the receipt it said "tip" if it's a credit card transaction fee it's fine but it should be stated that way on a receipt instead of tip to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. I had to dig the receipt from the trash but I attached a picture No thank you, I don't want to go back and forward on this. It's fine, regardless how it happened your employee said he was going to press skip those words came out of his mouth. That doesn't change. So if it's not true and he can't press skip then he should choose his words. If he knows how to do it then you should be aware of what your employee is doing to your customers. I appreciate you trying to resolve the issue and your professionalism.

Mood - The Surprise I didn't know existed…read more Whenever I go places it is always imperative to know my surroundings. Not just a little "we've been busy today" dusty--I mean "someone should introduce this place to a feather duster" dusty. Every surface seemed to have a layer of it, and when you're preparing drinks, that's not exactly reassuring. It's hard to enjoy your beverage while wondering if today's secret ingredient is airborne dust. I also noticed there were no uniforms, no gloves, and no hats. While not every business has the same dress code, when you're preparing food or drinks, customers expect a clean, professional appearance. Presentation matters just as much as the product. As for the drinks? They were decent. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but unfortunately good drinks can't overcome poor cleanliness and an unfriendly attitude.
