Frost & roll is the only ice cream roll up joint in Las Vegas, because of course my kid fell in love with some ASMR video about ice cream roll up and we just so happened to find one here in Vegas to feed her newfound obsession. The menu is pretty wild with both dairy and non-dairy options. Strawberry cheesecake roll up is our go-to. Watching them make the ice cream roll up is the real highlight - it's like ASMR magic, super satisfying. But, let's be real, the location is a little shady. Just park close, walk fast, and pretend you're in a real-life action movie.

I want to go but a guy had his feet on the counter without any shoes. The place looks like it taste good but most likely service is buns.

Rolled ice cream is really good! For the price I think it's worth the experience. The day I went they didn't have croffles. So decided to just get the ice cream I chose a mud pie, which consists of a coffee cream Oreo with chocolate syrup it was really good. Wish I had more Oreos, but overall the flavor and texture was unique for ice cream. The service was amazing. The gentleman who made my ice cream seemed to put pride in his work, which made the ice cream even better. The ambience was very chilled and relaxing with a old diner. Vibe will come back again.

Wanted dessert after dinner so we ended coming here after a few misses. I got a Nutella cookie and cream ice cream roll and it was exactly as I expected. The ice cream batter was pretty creamy and sweet. It is definitely a bit expensive but would come back for no frills ice cream rolls.

Was visiting Vegas for my brothers bday weekend & stopped in here for what ended up being some delicioussss ice cream. We ordered strawberry cheesecake & man it was on point. Creamy, texture just right, perfect amount of strawberries & graham cracker. Great customer service overall. Loved our experience & got to have fun in their Photo Booth too! If you're needing a sweet treat- don't miss out, go visit Frost'n'Roll! Can't wait to take another Vegas trip & stop by again for some bomb ice cream

First time trying this type of ice cream being rolled ! Absolutely tasty would highly recommend for a quick dessert

And variety toppings can be added without extra charge. Of note, this place is cashless! I just wanted a cup so I did not order any additional taiyaki. You can take your order to go and leave, but they also have some seating in the shop if you want to stick around to enjoy your cold treat. It's styled similar to high school bleachers where the seats are made of wood. Plenty of lighting to take pictures, along with a decorative wall if you're into that! Fairly kid friendly place too, where they can sit and enjoy their soft serve; I would not recommend having them run freely as there's not much room especially during busy hours.

The filling was super chocolate and delicious. I appreciated that the filling was not super runny or messy. This is a great little treat after a meal or would be great on a hot day.

They have been voted Best Custard by many newspapers and magazines around the world. I remember coming here on many hot summer nights as a kid and enjoying the yummy custard that would make you forget the heat. This is a walk up, place your order and go type of establishment. My standard order has always been the hot fudge sundae but they offer so many other options. If you want a frozen pint they have those too. Service is always quick and efficient. Sadly, did not love, Lu-It custard. While just off one end of the strip, like every other down town…read morearea in the US (outside of the strip) it is located in a sketchy area. On our visit, there were several sketchy people in the lot and some going to the adjoining liquor store. While most of the customers were nice family looking people, a few of them were on the sketchier side too. If this were the only issue, we would go back, but there were other issues as well. However, for the positives, parking was limited, but sufficient. Business was good and there was both a line and numerous people waiting for their food. The order area is well lit at night. Most of all, the servers are very friendly, helpful, and patient. Unfortunately, the rest of the downside are the most important things. The serving cup size is good, but the ratio of custard to hot fudge/toppings was way off. Most places do not give enough fudge/chocolate sauce/toppings, but here the ratio was half and half. This MIGHT have been ok if the fudge and toppings were layered as at other places that do not skimp on toppings, but here the fudge/toppings were the top half of the cup and the custard at the bottom. This made it difficult to get the custard and to get a proper ratio of custard to topping. Kind of like rationing your meat and rice or potatoes so you have some for each bite--you could not do this with the custard and toppings here. The custard quality seemed like it might be ok, but it was hard to tell due to the ratio and serving structure. Overall, Nielson's custard has the more standard concretes with mix ins and a larger portion size than Luv-it. Freddy's frozen custard, although not as good as Nielson's was still also better than Luv-it. If Luv-it could either layer its toppings and you have concrete custard consistency, then it could be rated higher. As is, you are better off driving the distance to Nielson's or just going to Freddys. Still, if you must go to Luv-it, just be aware of your surroundings and you will still get an ok dessert.

The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor without being overly bitter, and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. I ordered a float and loved that they let you choose the ice cream flavor. The ube ice cream was a standout--it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice starchy, creamy texture that paired well with the matcha. Another plus was the pricing. Compared to many specialty matcha shops, the drinks felt reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. Overall, a great spot for matcha lovers and anyone looking for a refreshing treat while in Vegas. I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu.

Before that time and throughout our visit here, the line got longer and longer, and eventually all the seating inside was filled up. It was already a bright day yet the inside is lit about as bright to match the daylight hues. That and also the heat outside made me and my friends come here to grab another matcha as we already had a nearby place just 10 minutes ago! For this part of our matcha run, I got their large matcha latte float with a matcha and strawberry ice cream mix, while my foodie friend got the same float as well only with ube soft serve and a medium-size instead. Matcha is strong and ceremonial with grassy tones that were slightly dulled by the sweetness of the drink; the matcha ice cream had that same ceremonial hit as the latte but the strawberry ice cream didn't pair with those earthy tones very well since it was a different kind of sweet. I also found my friend's ube ice cream the better addition to the matcha latte than my matcha-strawberry mix. I still enjoyed what I had, and the float by itself still hit well. They have a ton of other drinks and even a banana matcha latte I would give a try in another visit to this location in the future!
