Came in on my lunch break to grab some ice cream and it was absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Frost & roll is the only ice cream roll up joint in Las Vegas, because of course my kid fell in love with some ASMR video about ice cream roll up and we just so happened to find one here in Vegas to feed her newfound obsession. The menu is pretty wild with both dairy and non-dairy options. Strawberry cheesecake roll up is our go-to. Watching them make the ice cream roll up is the real highlight - it's like ASMR magic, super satisfying. But, let's be real, the location is a little shady. Just park close, walk fast, and pretend you're in a real-life action movie.

I want to go but a guy had his feet on the counter without any shoes. The place looks like it taste good but most likely service is buns.

My kids love this place! Service is always friendly and always a sure bet. Tre & Veronica are so nice!

Open late. Interesting! Textured ice dessert. $8ish and good enough to share with another as a snack. Natural ingredients are used instead like organic agave as their sweetener. I'm not an ice cream fan, but I do enjoy traditional shaves ice with real fruits and such. I would be considered a pastry lover when it comes to desserts. So frost n' roll was a nice surprise as a cold icy dessert but with texture due to how it's carved in layers. We got the Mango Tango Sherbet $8ish for a cup. We say I leaned toward sweet then sour, and so the staff added less lemon puree into it. However, it was still too sour for us. Next time, we'll order just the mango sherbet only with some fruits, and see if there is a way to make it less sweet, or water it down a bit. In the making -- #1 with fruits. #2 puree fruit juice added. #3 to spread it out to ice up and shave around. #4 spread it all out to carve into rolls.

Rolled ice cream is really good! For the price I think it's worth the experience. The day I went they didn't have croffles. So decided to just get the ice cream I chose a mud pie, which consists of a coffee cream Oreo with chocolate syrup it was really good. Wish I had more Oreos, but overall the flavor and texture was unique for ice cream. The service was amazing. The gentleman who made my ice cream seemed to put pride in his work, which made the ice cream even better. The ambience was very chilled and relaxing with a old diner. Vibe will come back again.

Wanted dessert after dinner so we ended coming here after a few misses. I got a Nutella cookie and cream ice cream roll and it was exactly as I expected. The ice cream batter was pretty creamy and sweet. It is definitely a bit expensive but would come back for no frills ice cream rolls.

Was visiting Vegas for my brothers bday weekend & stopped in here for what ended up being some delicioussss ice cream. We ordered strawberry cheesecake & man it was on point. Creamy, texture just right, perfect amount of strawberries & graham cracker. Great customer service overall. Loved our experience & got to have fun in their Photo Booth too! If you're needing a sweet treat- don't miss out, go visit Frost'n'Roll! Can't wait to take another Vegas trip & stop by again for some bomb ice cream

They have three different styles which include ah boong (served in taiyaki), upside down (taiyaki in a cup), or just a cup. The taiyaki also has a variety of fillings to choose from. And variety toppings can be added without extra charge. Of note, this place is cashless! I just wanted a cup so I did not order any additional taiyaki. I got ube soft serve with an addition of biscoff crumble. The staff prepares your order really quickly within a couple minutes, even during busy times. You can take your order to go and leave, but they also have some seating in the shop if you want to stick around to enjoy your cold treat. It's styled similar to high school bleachers where the seats are made of wood. Plenty of lighting to take pictures, along with a decorative wall if you're into that! Fairly kid friendly place too, where they can sit and enjoy their soft serve; I would not recommend having them run freely as there's not much room especially during busy hours.

Other than that, flavors were great, tasted how they were supposed to, and taiyaki was the perfect texture. The cold brew was good, it's served black but was a little light on flavor for me, if light coffee is your thing then this is PERFECT for you. Oh, and an awesome added bonus is the toppings bar at the end. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a full-on 70s, 80s, 90s time capsule -- neon colors, movie posters everywhere (Back to the Future, Gorillaz, Star Wars?!), and shelves packed with nostalgic collectibles that will have you saying "wait, I remember that!" every five seconds. The details are EVERYTHING. There's even a whole Star Wars section with a Death Star setup and a Millennium Falcon hanging overhead, like?? Who thought of this?! And don't get me started on the random gems like the Homer head in the greenery wall or the "Employee of the Month" Akeem frame... it's chaotic in the best way. Now the ice cream just as good as the atmosphere. Super creamy, rich, and generous scoops. I grabbed a cup and it did not disappoint. Perfect texture, not icy at all, and you can tell they care about what they're serving. Also, the whole "themed ice cream shop" concept actually delivers. It's not just decor slapped on the walls it feels curated, fun, and honestly a little immersive. This is the kind of place you go for ice cream and end up staying way longer just looking around and taking it all in. 10/10 for: Atmosphere Creativity Nostalgia overload Ice cream quality Definitely coming back... and bringing people with me next

On our visit, there were several sketchy people in the lot and some going to the adjoining liquor store. While most of the customers were nice family looking people, a few of them were on the sketchier side too. If this were the only issue, we would go back, but there were other issues as well. However, for the positives, parking was limited, but sufficient. Business was good and there was both a line and numerous people waiting for their food. The order area is well lit at night. Most of all, the servers are very friendly, helpful, and patient. Unfortunately, the rest of the downside are the most important things. The serving cup size is good, but the ratio of custard to hot fudge/toppings was way off. Most places do not give enough fudge/chocolate sauce/toppings, but here the ratio was half and half. This MIGHT have been ok if the fudge and toppings were layered as at other places that do not skimp on toppings, but here the fudge/toppings were the top half of the cup and the custard at the bottom. This made it difficult to get the custard and to get a proper ratio of custard to topping. Kind of like rationing your meat and rice or potatoes so you have some for each bite--you could not do this with the custard and toppings here. The custard quality seemed like it might be ok, but it was hard to tell due to the ratio and serving structure. Overall, Nielson's custard has the more standard concretes with mix ins and a larger portion size than Luv-it. Freddy's frozen custard, although not as good as Nielson's was still also better than Luv-it. If Luv-it could either layer its toppings and you have concrete custard consistency, then it could be rated higher. As is, you are better off driving the distance to Nielson's or just going to Freddys. Still, if you must go to Luv-it, just be aware of your surroundings and you will still get an ok dessert.
