Was craving rolled ice cream specifically and this place had good reviews on Yelp. Upon entering, it smelled like spoiled milk in the store which really threw me off. For the price you're paying, you're not getting anything but literal rolled ice cream. We got two rolled ice creams with whipped cream and paid $17 -- I would think these were closer to being worth around $7 max. Normally rolled ice cream shops have their final product decorated in a sense with toppings and such that come with the price, but not here. It satisfied my craving but I probably wouldn't return. read more

The ice cream waa obviously fresh since it is hand rolled. We had the cheese cake, rock and roll, cookies and cream and a customer. Everything tasted delicious. Rolled ice cream is really good! For the price I think it's worth the experience. The day I went they didn't have croffles. So decided to just get the ice cream I chose a mud pie, which consists of a coffee cream Oreo with chocolate syrup it was really good. Wish I had more Oreos, but overall the flavor and texture was unique for ice cream. The service was amazing. Open late. Interesting! Textured ice dessert. $8ish and good enough to share with another as a snack. Natural ingredients are used instead like organic agave as their sweetener. I'm not an ice cream fan, but I do enjoy traditional shaves ice with real fruits and such. I would be considered a pastry lover when it comes to desserts. So frost n' roll was a nice surprise as a cold icy dessert but with texture due to how it's carved in layers. We got the Mango Tango Sherbet $8ish for a cup. We say I leaned toward sweet then sour, and so the staff added less lemon puree into it. However, it was still too sour for us. Next time, we'll order just the mango sherbet only with some fruits, and see if there is a way to make it less sweet, or water it down a bit. In the making -- #1 with fruits. #2 puree fruit juice added. #3 to spread it out to ice up and shave around. #4 spread it all out to carve into rolls. read more

Stumbled into this establishment after a nice ramen meal. We were there early in the day so we were the only two people there. I had the PB&J with a strawberry syrup topping and it was amazing. I found this store by accident *years ago when it was first up & coming. It was EXCELLENT and decently priced. I knew the owner and would regularly visit and chat. However, there's been a change in management. The floors were so dirty my shoes were sticking to the ground like glue. The only reason this received a 2 star rating is because the actual ice cream is still good! It's gotten pricier but still as good as I remember it. The restrooms I would not recommend to use at this location. read more

PLASTIC IN ICE CREAM!!!! My girlfriend and I just had ordered from here and when we started eating it I found CHUNKS OF PLASTIC in MY ICE CREAM. Not only that but the girl behind us informed the worker she had a but allergy due to my ice cream having pecans in it. The only "sanitization" they did was barely rinsing it off with water. This place is cute! And good! I walked in late after dinner a few doors down. This series of businesses along the wall are eclectic and I will be patronizing every one of them. Yes the tattoo parlor too. This spot is run by two cool ladies. One super friendly and smiling and the was a bit less Smiley but very patient with the new customer and did a fantastic job making my frozen desert. There's a lot to like here beyond Thelma and Louise. Their offerings were presented smartly by a base flavor and the derivatives list beneath. Column 1 was a house base then vanilla, chocolate, pistachio and then the sorbets. I will eventually select the sorbets but maybe in the spring. Beneath each flavor category there are 8-10 derivatives like German Chocolate and under pistachio there was pistachio almond. if you've not seen those there is a frozen metal place where a cylinder is placed on an open end, versus a side to form a mold of sorts to chill the liquid. Flavored cream is poured into the mold and then after a bit of time, the mold is lifted for the flavored cream to slowly spread over the chilled plate. The tools in hand are 3 inch wide putty knives to scrape the ice cream and chops the ingredients like almonds in the pistachio and coconut and pecans like in the German Chocolate. Eventually there will be a 22 inch by 12 inch square laid out, frozen and ready for rolling by using the scrappers to slide under the frozen cream and form a roll of flavored rolls of ice cream with delicious ingredients. Places in a plastic, capable container. The ladies asked me if I wanted whipped cream, caramel and chocolate. For the pistachio I got the trifecta of sloth and for the chocolate I got the lessor of three evils, chocolate and caramel. I ate the pistachio. The dessert was amazingly good. The ice cream wasn't heavy and it had almonds delicately crunching in the mouth but lightly. The chocolate is in the freezer. You all need to come here and try for yourself. Don't feel pressured to select either like I was. Not because of the good people running the place but my own sense of being. I bet they will allow you to create your own. I'm sure there's a category for that too. read more
