Well when I got there to drop off my shirts to be cleaned and pressed there was a gentleman there that was not happy at all. Claimed they lost his suit. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. What kind of crack pot operation lets this lack of quality pass thru their doors.

I guess, based on another review, I should compare prices from other places. I started coming here recently; after Sun Valley Cleaners closed/retired. My biggest problem with Mountain Dry Cleaners is that they don't seem to adhere to committed store hours. Based on Yelp, they close at 7. I once went there at 6:30PM and the store was closed. However, they did have the change of hours noted on the door - saying they close at 6PM. Since then, I have passed by there on my way home on 3 different occassions to pick up laundry. All 3 times have been between 5:30PM and 5:45PM and every time, the store was already shuttered and dark. The particular problem with today was they were laundring a shirt I needed for a business meeting tomorrow. Time to find a new, reliable / dependable dry cleaners.

I had some very challenging and heavy pieces of furniture to be moved from my current 3rd floor walk up to my new 2nd floor walk up and these gentlemen did not disappoint. When I thought my 6'6" entertainment center wasn't going to make it through the hallway door of my condo, the gentlemen got the job done. Everything was wrapped and packed and unpacked in a timely manner. Fair pricing as well. And did I mention how polite they were! Definitely would recommend this company.

Instead of working with me, they decided to still charge me half of what I paid simply because I couldn't return it earlier. Again, my schedule as a member of the military didn't permit it. I felt ripped off... I ended up paying $75 for a broken machine. In short, I wouldn't recommend this place. Go with a more trustworthy and reputable store like Home Depot.

I've been here several times the past few years, and I've always had great, speedy service! Saif,…read morethe owner of this place, always does a great job, and his prices are very competitive. The last time I was there, I brought 2 watches for him to take a look at. One was to replace a battery, which he did less than a few minute. He had marked inside the watch casing of when I was there last, which was a couple years ago, and stated that if the battery dies under a certain amount of time, I can come back and he will replace it for free. The 2nd watch was to replace my fossil watch leather straps which has these special side handles to take them off and on easily. After a few years, these bands began to completely fall apart (see photos). When I went to the fossil store, they didn't have many watch bands there for my size watch (22mm) and they were expensive. I bought my watch from there on a great deal, but the cost of replacement bands was about 1/3 of what I paid for the actual watch. Saif, while i was waiting for my battery to be replaced, which was, again, not very long. I asked if they had bands for my fossil watch. He said he did, not with the special handles, but he has the tools to make it in. He showed me a selection of nice leather bands, and after I made my selection, he replaced my old band without a problem. He even replaced the original buckle attached to the old one. The cost of the new leather band was also almost half the cost of the fossil bands. He also gave a guaranteed that any problems would be fixed free of charge. The service here is outstanding! I highly recommend.

I've had a good experience at Studio 14's Bandland in Essex, MD for the past year and a half. The…read moremonthly rate for renting the practice room is very reasonable, the space is well maintained, and various requests that we had regarding the practice room were met, which left us very satisfied. For instance, we needed an AC unit for the room, let the owner know, and within a week or two had one in the room. We wanted a lock put on the practice room's door, and that was done promptly, along with getting a set of keys for it. The previous band in the room left the carpet musty, so that was taken out quickly as well. The space is secure and requires key cards to get into the main parking area. We never had any issues with other bands using the space, either. It was hassle-free getting to and from the practice room at any time of the day, and there's even a dope Mexican food place called Vargas that's only 5 minutes away that the band has been frequenting heavily. My one complaint - the soap in the bathroom should be changed more often. For that reason I'd give a 9/10, but I'll round up since we are doing a 5-star scale.
