Rather than processing the small refund that was due, I was unexpectedly offered a refund for the entire purchase and told to keep the groceries. I declined this offer and requested that the matter be handled properly. After further discussion, the transaction was finally corrected. However, I was then accused of "threatening" the store simply because I stated my intention to leave an honest review of my experience.
