The bar had everything you could want and including a good beer selection. They also allow you to bring your own food, which is a game changer. There is one food truck onsite that rotates (it was Mexican the night we were there) and a pizza place next door with great pizza. Super friendly as is the entire family and we loved hearing what new ideas were on the horizon. Not only that we had shared an experience we had with taking a growler home years ago, and he immediately took action to try to recover the situation, even though it happened years ago! True customer service and hospitality. We enjoyed bourbon aged stout and the millie Kalikimaka. Both darker beers with good flavor. My husband ended up switching to the copper tail, which was their German alt bier. He really enjoyed that and had several glasses of it. I switched over to a delicious hard seltzer, the Midori sour and it was divine. I'm still kicking myself that I didn't grab some to bring home. If you love honeydew melon this is the perfect beverage for you! We also finally tried their in-house distilled bourbon whiskey. We really enjoyed it. It definitely does not give you that Kentucky hug you normally feel when you drink bourbon.
