Food, was ok.. i got the veggie ramen was OK, I thought they made their own noodles they don't we got the 3 pork egg rolls were not impressed, my husband felt like he had to eat them because one of the servers kept on passing by and staring at the plate lol so funny. I didn't like them the flavor was a lil weird and was not my favorite. Sorry. My husband got the CK ramen he said it was OK lil plain for his taste. I was able to try a few items for the first time today at Ichiban Ramen. The pork bun was absolutely delicious, as were the crab puffs. I had the tan tan ramen, which was perfectly spicy and rich in flavor. The noodles had a great chewy consistency. On my way out I got some honeydew milk tea, which was a little sweeter than I would prefer but overall it had a very good honeydew flavor. I will definitely be back to this place. I can definitely see why the restaurant was so busy at lunch time, but the service was still friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Delicious Ramen and Kimchi!! The service is amazing they're always watching and making sure we had everything we needed, but weren't too on us while eating, which is something i enjoy. Great quick place to grab a tasty ramen. Service was fast, polite and knowledgeable. Don't expect any great ambiance but the food was tasty.

I went through the drive thru. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced. The drive thru took awhile, so I was expecting fresh food. The food was packaged alright, did not leak with soup base packaged separately from the bowl of ingredients-combined at time of consumption, egg rolls packaged in a sushi roll container. It wasn't fresh and the egg rolls tasted like the frozen egg rolls from any grocery store. The egg and chicken were definitely not made today with the white of the egg discolored before I poured any soup base over it. The chicken was extremely dry, bland, and almost rubbery like it was heated in a microwave. Soup base was supposed to be chicken but it's dark brown color comparable of beef or pork broth/stock and tastes like packaged processed sh*t not homemade like it was made from a packet taken out of a ramen noodle soup. The menu said chicken broth-no way it's chicken flavor. My problem is the price for the sh*t they're serving this should be 25-30% cheaper for the sad ingredients they're using. Additionally, the individual at the drive thru acted annoyed, rolling his eyes because I didn't tip on a DRIVE THRU order-I'm not tipping drive thru. I will never go here again and I wouldn't recommend it. Just make ramen at home throw an egg and left over chicken in it voila better quality meal for way cheaper. read more

I asked the cashier to help me, and he did so good! I had spicy ramen with chicken. IT WAS AWESOME! It was filling, tasty, and even given to me in seperate containers to ensure quality. Best ramen in Tyler, the $9.95 ramen happy hour can't be beat. I used to go to Mikoto but their food and service has gone really downhill over the past year. Great value, good portions, and fresh food. The black garlic, miso ramen, and spicy curry have the most flavorful broths. My only qualm is that the pork slices can be a little bit more tough than I've had at other ramen establishments but the broth is just so next level it doesn't matter. New location in Tyler. Great service! I had takeout for 2. The shrimp shumai was not at all what I expected. They looked like big tater tots, which I was expecting it to look more like a dumpling. Much smaller than expected for the price. I will not order that again. The ramen bowls were good for take out. We asked for bokchoy on the ramen and they put it on for us. Onigiri as always were top notch! Drive thru was quick and food was still hot when we got home.
