One small gripe: our server recommended the Yellowtail Jalapeño as a spicy option when I specifically asked for heat, but it had absolutely zero kick. My kids ate it without blinking and if they don't notice spice, it's not spicy. The other moment that was somewhat odd was mid-dinner when we were asked to relocate from our table to a booth so the restaurant could seat a larger party. We were happy to oblige, but it's a bit of an awkward ask when you're already settled in with your food. A comp'd dessert, roll, or even a Sapporo would have gone a long way in smoothing that over. They brought out some fish chips while we waited for our meals. The ramen is ample and filled with fresh toppings. The broth was plant-based and hearty. A great ramen! But I have to admit, seeing my daughter's poke bowl made me wish I'd ordered THAT. I've never seen a poke bowl more beautifully served and it was filled with fresh fish, rice, and the other accompaniments she'd ordered. I stole a few bites and it was excellent.
