Ohmygosh. The World is so crazy all over…read more The other day Hubby & I were at Grocery champ next door & decided to pop into this store for the first time. We looked around, we thought it was very cool, kinda like a big lots. Hubby found a super fun pair of sunglasses he loves & moi found this clear plastic shower brush that I LOVE LOVE LOVE for less than $2 bucks. Then, couple days later, I told hubby next time we go to Grocery Champ remind me to pick up another one of the clear plastic brushes from that Roses Express store that I LOVE so much just so I will have a back up one. Anyhoo, we go over there & some crazy person tried to burn it down at 3am. The whole front of the store was burned & it was closed. Today, we go there to see if it's open again. They are having a "Sidewalk Fire Sale" bc all the inventory in the store smells like smoke. I was not able to get another brush, however, they told us that they will be open again, inside, in about a month & I can get one then. Hopefully. Will return to update.

Sadly, though, I can't shop there anymore, because vagrants have started harassing us in the parking lot every time we go there. The last one was a doozy with the gift of gab who had to tell us his life story and even broke out in song oblivious, and really disrespectful, of our commitments, obligations, and responsibilities. It is surprising that the store managers in this shopping center, especially Roses, are tolerating this, as it is my understanding that one of these vagrants started the fire at the store a few months ago that forced it to shut down temporarily. She was energetic, easy going, and super sweet, and she listened and was able to understand the vision that I had and what style of dress I was looking for. She helped me into each dress and gave me items like belts and hair pieces that helped compliment each dress. It was my first time bridal dress shopping, and I never thought I would fall in love with a dress that quickly. However, I had plans to go to visit a few other places, and I knew I wanted to sleep on it before I made a dress decision. Leigh was never pushy, which I sincerely appreciated, and was so understanding that I wanted to go home and think about my decision. She knew I loved that dress, and she knew I would come back, which I did, the next morning, and bought it. I love that this is a family-owned business (her husband runs the tuxedo shop next door), and they're both so charming and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this store and their associates to anyone!

All the associates are all very sweet and attentive. I ended up purchasing a veil here and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. I had to go alone and four people helped me and acted as my family group! The price range is quite expensive as it is a bridal boutique, but the quality is something you can't beat! I will say they offer a hefty discount for those dresses. Their website was very misleading as well with their selection being very limited. The worker was very inattentive as there was only 1 worker for two bridal appointments so she was having to guide them through the process while also having to help me in and out of dresses. I have only heard good things about the fort walton beach location so I only assumed the Pensacola location would be similar. That was not the case.
