Terrible experience today at this store. I purchased 10 items as part of their buy 10 get 50% off sale, one item was an iPhone 15 case of which the camera portion of the case did not fit my phone. Honest overlook on my part. Everything else fit just not that cut out portion. I noticed this after I completed my purchase having lunch a few stores over. Only about 2 hour went by, I went back to the store to exchange the item for something else and was met with an unskilled cashier who told me she had to check with her manager to see if I could exchange it. She returned to tell me it was a final sale and there was no returns allowed. The receipt did not say that anywhere, nor was I told that at any time. The cashier pointed to the sale and said well, obviously there's a sale so there no returns. I said that's not an obvious point, you have to tell customers that and it needs to state that on the receipt. Besides, I didn't want to do a return, I simply wanted to exchange it and I unfortunately wasn't able to use 1 item out of 10 items I bought. I was just there 2 hours prior and I'd really appreciate an exchange. I didn't want a refund. I'd happily exchange it for something I could use.... She called her manager and returned to me a 2nd time saying they would do an exchange but only for another iPhone case. I said I'd be fine with that but the problem is no cases in the store fit my camera. She proceeded to tell me I should have checked the case before I left so it was my fault and it's a final sale.... Crazy, here we I am in the year 2025 and I'm in a retail store, at a large mall, dealing with a huge franchise (Claire's) discussing a $7 item that can't be exchanged!? I asked her to make sense of that and put herself in my shoes. How does only exchanging an item for the same item help me at all when the whole reason I'm here is to get something else because it doesn't fit my phone. I didn't want money back, only to simply exchange it for something I could use! Even their website says you can exchange any item after 60 days, here it was a few hours.. I asked her to please call her manager a 3rd time and allow me to talk to her. Surely the correct information was not being conveyed. She came back, a 3rd time, and said they would allow it this time but never again... Lol, again?? Why would I ever come back and shop here after this experience? Then she printed the exchange receipt, crossed it out with a red pen and wrote final sale in large letters, then took my original receipt, crossed that out with a red pen and wrote final sale so it was nearly illegible. Is that even allowed? Isn't the point of a getting a receipt is so you can read it? I feel like that was so childish and unnecessary, if the corporate office didn't allow exchanges or refunds then why wasn't that printed on the receipt? Are store employees allowed to mark up any receipt and write anything they want on it? My 4 year old came to get her ears pierced. There was a mix up on her first visit so we had to return for a 2nd time. When we returned we had the pleasure of working with Diana the manager. My 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced from here. One of the main complaints I have is that the package that is offered is regarding healing time. I was told by the lady that was doing the piercing that I can purchase the "fast in three day healing package" or the "2 week healing package?" My issue is that this is bogus. You should have all your customers healing quickly and it shouldn't be added as an alternative package. I'm a registered nurse working in the emergency room I'm perfectly aware that there is no such thing as a solution giving you a fastest healing time. The fact that they use this for parents to pay more is showing a lack of care of their patients who are majorly "pediatric". The solution they gave my daughter was horrible. It seemed to make her ears more infected and inflamed. Due to this, I purchased iodine and cleansed her ears only for one day with that product, cleaning once a day with alcohol, that worked quickly. The product they gave seemed to cause her ears to become inflamed. The ears are now healed but I had to completely change her "backing" to the earrings because although I purchased "gold earrings" her ears reacted to the backing like if it was "nickel". The experience was fun for her because she begged me for ear piercing but the way this company conducts their business is unethical. They should give all customers getting ears pierced from them the same disinfecting solution and not use it as leverage to make more money. They should want all their customers to heal quickly regardless of monetary gain. read more

We took my 6 year old Grand daughter to get her ear's pierced on Sunday, May 21. Jessica, Isabel, and Belen assisted and were patient with her because she frightened. These 3 Ladies were AMAZING and I can't say enough about them. They were kind and not annoyed when my Grand Daughter (Riley) continued to flinch and squirm. After reading the other reviews on Yelp, I came here to get my sons ears pierced. I drove an extra 5 miles to come to this location and I was not disappointed. The customer service was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It included: the earrings, piercing, and take home cleaner- was less than $30. The piercers dots on his ears were on point the first time. She said she's been doing it for 5 years. Everything was fast, under 10 minutes. It was all very clean and sterile. I definitely will come back to this location again. read more

I purchased a bunch of pairs of earrings about a month ago. The quality must have diminished over the years because two of these pairs of earrings clasps broke entirely before I even got to wear them. I went back a few weeks later to return and exchange and brought the receipt with me. I had already, however, already thrown away the paper price tag part the earrings were attached to. I always throw these away when I go to put new earrings on, seeing as I won't need them anymore. Apparently the receipt was not enough to return them. I told her I still had the receipt but not the original price tags. She shoved their policy in my face, and was quick to shoot me an attitude about it, but was not willing to try to help me out at all. Be careful with the pricing they quote you for piercing!! I went in on a weekday to get my ten month old daughter pierced for the first time and the girl piercing quoted me 200$! She pointed to the most expensive earrings. I started laughing like, um, no how much for a starter earring or something? This is for a little girl. She told me the cheapest was 44$. I ended up leaving and said I'll be back because I swore it's always been around 20$. Sure enough after asking around and looking on the website they have it , saying it's 18.99$ for the starter pack! I was so annoyed because this girl was quoting me earring prices and for the most expensive ones!. I mean I get it, it's gold or whatever but she never mentioned the starter pack when I was asking for the least expensive and I'll go from there. I went back and an assistant manager helped us this time, she was way better with explaining and was surprised the person did not mention all of the options! . So yea, really annoyed I had to go back for the second time to get what I first try to come in for. read more

Brought my 5 year old daughter in today to get her ears pierced. The ladies that did it were nice and professional. Everything was sterilized beforehand and her ears were marked clearly until we approved of the placement. They had 2 girls pierce her ears, so that they were both done at the same time (what a great idea!). My daughter did not cry at all but flinched a little. The earrings were straight and my daughter said they stopped hurting about 5 minutes after it was done. read more

Every time I come into this location, Valerie the assistant manager is in store and always a helping hand! She goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. Came in with my mom, and grandma, on 1/12/18 to get my grandma's ear's re pierced. She went over all of the different pricing options and clarified things we were unsure of. We were able to chose the right set of earrings for my grandma and Valerie went over the paper work needed to further the piercing process. After the paper work she brought us over to the piercing station which she thoroughly sanitized! She made marks on my grandmothers ears (which were previously pierced, just closed up now) she spent a good amount of time making sure they were evenly placed and asked our opinion. She made this whole experience really nice for us and most importantly my 84 year old grandma. So with that being said, thank you Valerie, for your OUTSTANDING customer service. Appreciate the friendly girl at the register who greeted me right as I came through the door and asked if I had any questions shortly after. Although I had asked her for a suggestion of what to get for a gift, she did not hound after me and I ended up finding something else which I am happy about.
