She did tell me that the sizes run small, which is good to know and exactly why I avoid shopping online - I shouldn't have to purchase multiple sizes to find the one I need. Unfortunately, after a week the order arrived and I received the wrong item - a complete wrong item and issue with the warehouse. I used the customer service chat, which took 40 minutes to issue a refund and return label. Then I was told they could not create the new order for me and I would have to call in and place the order. They would honor the price I paid and expedited shipping but there was nothing they could do unless I called. I haven't done so yet, I'm kind of feeling like that was strike 3 and might not even be worth it because who knows if it'll even fit.

During my most recent visit I found just one pair of size 8 petite dress pants at this location, and no size 10 petites in dress pant styles, only jeans. As for regular length, I found a few more styles with the size range, but typically only one was available in the style/color, so if there was a flaw or someone else was trying it on, the low stock would've meant I was out of luck. Ultimately I did leave the store empty-handed, but I placed an online order where I found more options thankfully.
