I drop my phone a lot. I wish I didn't .. I have been to iCircle twice now in the last 4 months to get my screen fixed. I can't get over the excellent customer service they provide here. Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. Prices are pretty reasonable and it helps if you purchase the Groupon they offer before you go. Unless they have to order your part, phones are fixed the same day usually. Having an S6, the part for my phone needs to get ordered but their local vendor is really quick and if in stock, they will get it the next day. I drop my phone off and they call me when its done. This does require you to put a 50% deposit down. So fast and simple and location is great and easy to find. Highly recommend them for your technology needs. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was very satisfied at the response time for booking an appointment for my iphone repair. Within minutes I was able to schedule a next day appointment. I cracked my screen which was no longer covered under AppleCare. I would have paid $280 for a new phone! Jeff (owner) had a groupon available that was $36 towards the cost of a $70 repair! ICircle replaced my iPhone battery. It expanded and separated the screen from the phone. They claimed it was normal and would not replace the battery. Went to Apple store and was told it was not normal for this to happen. read more

The gentleman who helped me was so nice and even gave me their facebook promo discount without me asking for it. The best part is that after I left I noticed that my speaker that hadn't been working properly for awhile was fixed as well, and I hadn't even mentioned that. So happy my friend talked me into coming in and giving these guys a chance to work on my phone. My iPhone 6 fell on a pile of rocks and the whole front of it was completely destroyed. The extra protective screen I added didn't work well with my case so Jeff engineered multiple solutions for no additional cost. Amazing employees , the owner of the shop is fenomenal. He was very open minded and gave 110% to what he was doing to my phone. My boyfriend had stepped on my phone and do to the pressure cracked the screen and bend the casing to my phone . he was so generous that he included a case and fixing the frame on a next appointment no extra charge. I called before going and he even gave me a heads up about a Groupon promotion they had going on in order for me to save money. Amazing amazing service. These shifty bastards charged me an arm and a leg for a "repair"... But when I got my phone it was a used one they bought off of eBay. The only way I knew is because they forgot to factory reset it and it had tons of the former user's data. Who knows how many times they have done unscrupulous things to who knows how many people. These guys are awesome, my phone wouldn't charge anymore, guess the pins in the port were bent and shot. Bryan went out of his way to get the part needed overnite so I could get my phone back ASAP. Very disappointed with the low quality products and matching poor service. I have brought my phone here twice without incident, but after the last time, my screen ceased to respond to touch. The following day, it took a very light fall onto carpet (on the back side of the phone) and the screen cracked which should never have happened in the first place. Afterwards, the screen remained unresponsive, just like before the fall. I brought it back to iCircle and they gave me $9.60 off of a regular phone repair and did not recognize the obviously weak screen that was put in and the faulty digitizer that responded so poorly just weeks after installation. Do yourself a favor, go to the mall and have it done for cheaper, and maybe they will have decent customer service if something goes wrong. read more
