I was introduced to Dr. Possner by a good friend. There are not enough words to describe how…read morethankful I am for this introduction. From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.

I have been a patient with Dr. Menon for almost 25 years. In the beginning, she was an amazing…read moredoctor who genuinely cared about my well being and did a lot of due diligence for me to get to the bottom of some of my issues. I've been a constant patient with at least 2 - 3 appointments a year. The last 6 years, i've noticed that I've seen her less and her nurse practitioner more and more. It got to the point where i had gone YEARS without seeing her. Fast forward to the past month. As i've done for the last 20 years, i made a request for my normal refills. This time, I'm denied because "I'm not a member" I'm down to a week's worth of meds and she denies me. I call her office and found out she had transitioned to concierge medicine and they claim to have given me notice, and they may have, in the form for automated voice mails which i remember getting, and pamphlets, none that explicitly says that i will lose immediate access if i don't sign up. What does signing up entail, 2K/year plus whatever services she charges insurance. So pretty much, I have to pay 2K/year to keep my doctor as well as paying for her services. Not to mention that i'm about out of meds that they refuse to do anything about without me signing up. No temporary refill so i can find a new doctor. Their advice, go to an urgent care center. This is after 20+ years. This left me scrambling to find a new doctor. I had an appointment with her 3 1/2 months before in December and she made no mention of this to me in person. No one at the office said anything except the normal "see you next time". Little did i know at the time, there would be no "next time" I was a little surprised to actually see her, and not her nurse practitioner and I was also a little surprised that I noticed interactions that were reminiscent of how she was before. I guess she was practicing for her new practice. My wife warned me of this. They treated her badly, and she left them for another doctor a year earlier. What happened here? Well, we made an emergency appointment because my wife had a spot in her eye and she was a little concerned. She came in 5 minutes late. They make her pay and then refuse to see her because she was late. We had to go to the ER instead, and discovered she had an ocular stroke. This could have been found out earlier had we been seen, but we were forced to find other services after paying because they claimed we were too late. Prior to this, service was lacking as they constantly said the same thing to her without addressing her concerns. She told them she was in pain, and they did nothing. It was her going to another doctor where she actually got a diagnosis of her pain in about 2 weeks, but in the years she's gone to Dr. Menon, no one bothered.

Let's express how awesome doctors are: Been come here for quite sometimes and started with Dr. Maggid and she is just phenomenal! Both of my kids loves her so much that every time we come for their regular check up or when they're not well, she's always make our kids feel comfortable and they never cry! Well we also met the new doctor today and forgot to ask her name, but she's also very nice and awesome! We really like her, and looking forward to see both of them again. Dr. Bridget and Burgett is also good we seen them both once, it's just we feel more closer to Dr. Maggid and we kinda feel the same way with the new Dr. next time will def ask for her name and update the review! The nurses they're all just so funny and sweet! They're really really nice and done the job and handle the kids so well, and so does the receptionist, they're all just great at what they're doing! She is a very level headed doctor who really gets to know her patients. She is clever, resourceful and wise. She isn't challenged or put off by tough questions. She really listens to her patients (and mostly their parents in this case). Dr. Maggid and Dr. Plotsky are also very sound doctors whom we trust. All in all Shady Grove Pediatrics is the finest pediatrician we've ever come across and with 5 kids, we must know a little about the matter.

She is accessible to me by text during off hours and I have always been given immediate appointments when necessary. Abby , her nurse, is excellent to deal with . She is responsive and on the occasions I have needed blood work been gentle and never left a bruise. While I realize no one can guarantee that I appreciate the results so far! Dr Anne has been a great resource for good referrals to specialists when necessary. I recently had a test which turned out to have good results. She will respond to my texts during off hour questions and always has time to schedule an appointment with me should I or should she feel that is necessary. She has been an excellent resource for referrals to some very good specialists when necessary. Recently she was able to alleviate some anxiety by accessing the results from some tests which turned out to be just fine. However, without her intervention, I would have had to wait. I am very pleased with that level of caring and service. Her assistant, Abby is also pleasant, professional and caring. She is a real boon to the office as Abby is the first person with whom a person interacts when visiting the office. I have never had to wait more that just a couple of minutes for my schuduled appointment. In addition, Abby has drawn blood from my arm with no pain and no bruising.
