Quest: if your employee is Oscar the grouch, your facility is a garbage can. It would be hard to imagine a more poorly run business with worse customer service. I couldn't believe the piss poor attitude and the grumbling belly aching of your "employee"(as describe below many other reviews)- If you are that unmotivated, stay in bed and do us all a favor! If your communication skills are so impoverished, don't work in a customer service field. Spoiler alert- it's not for you! Maybe you can find a job in a submarine off the coast of Nova Scotia, something you would be suited for if the fish didn't find your attitude equally repugnant. I'm genuinely shocked she has been not only employed but retained her employment for some time- as is evident by her demonstrably vile treatment of everyone else leaving stacked comments. Glad I walked out and didn't let her voodoo needle my arm. Not only will I not be visiting this Quest lab again, but I will be avoiding all Quest labs in the future. I'm sure I can find another incompetent business and even b*tchier disgruntled employee to give my money to, and after this experience- I will do it joyfully, gladly.

I waited for 50 minutes, nobody came out to say they were behind and not one other patient was seen. I finally had to yell into the back that I had to leave. I will not schedule another appointment here again. I think that only one person was working. I heard that they may have axed the other position. They need at least two people to run this lab efficiently.

I have been working for PVOAC for over 5 years as a physical therapy aide who has worked in a…read morevariety of clinical settings/locations during my career. This has to be one of the most efficiently run clinics I have been a part of given how many PTs, PTAs, and PT aides they employ. They do their absolute best to have 1:1 ratio of patient with PT which is manageable on most days with the exception during busy hours. Even during the busy hours, they have enough assistance from their coworkers as they use a team approach to provide the best patient care possible. Patients are given undivided attention by the employee during the entirety of their treatment session and they even have bilingual staff which helps reach out to more people in need of assistance during their treatment sessions. The clinic handled the pandemic phenomenally with closing down as soon as possible early in 2020 and only opened once the local government lifted restrictions. They opened following COVID-19 policies and restructured the clinic to abide by these policies as well as created a staggered schedule for the PTs so that not too many patients were being treated at the same time/risking overcrowding. All employees and patients MUST wear masks and have their temperature taken every visit with no exceptions and they've continued to be strict about that to this day (Mid-September). Machines and equipment are constantly wiped down with disinfectant wipes, patients are treated on tables more than 6ft apart, and PTs use the private treatment room as often as possible to aide in flattening the curve in Maryland, especially since the patient population comprises of "at risk" individuals during the pandemic. All in all, I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in or near the Germantown area if they wish to be seen promptly by knowledgeable staff, want to work with employees that feel like family, and are a fan of a healthcare establishment that puts patient/employee satisfaction and safety on the forefront of their company's mission.

I had my blood drawn for genetic testing at Mayo Hospital here in AZ and the samples were sent to this lab. Within afew days GeneDX called me and let me know the potential cost with my insurance and that there was a financial aid option as well, before they ran the samples through the testing. I then received an email and form in the mail to send their billing department some info about my income etc. To use for the financial aid. My genetic counselor finally got back to me with the results when the office opened back up again after COVID and suggested another test be run on the samples I gave. GeneDX was able to do that and I had my results within a month. Finally received my bill today with the financial aid and my insurance and for all the testing my total was just under $100. Not sure what everyone's issues have been, but any time I called or emailed I was given a good and helpful response.

The initial quote through insurance was over $10k. They said cash pay price would be $2,500 and we'd have a year to pay it. It took me well over a year and I'll own that. When we were down to about $750 I got a letter saying this account might be eligible for some forgiveness. I did everything they and and it WASN'T eligible because we didn't use insurance. If I had, the amount I had already paid would have more than covered it. Our balance steadily went down until it got to zero. I thought it was over. WRONG. I was sent to collections over $950-ish dollars. We went round and round and round until I FINALLY got an email stating there was a zero dollar balance. Still, more collections phone calls. I forwarded them the proof. I thought it finally stopped. It's been 8 months and I just got another one. At this point it feels like harassment and I'd bet money that this will both keep happening and it's going to show up on my son's credit report (or mine?) in the future. It's been going on for almost 3 years and I'm exhausted. Please use anyone else!
