It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication! The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name.
